Angela had went into Lilo's room with the slipper. Lilo picked her head up to see the slipper in her mother's hand and immediately went to a look of terror as she shut the door behind her. Angie stood against the door with an angry expression, but it was suddenly replaced with a softer one. She sighed dropping the slipper to the floor and went to Lilo and hugged her tightly. Lilo's eyes widened from confusion of missing an ass whoopin. Angie looked at her and shook her head. "Baby. Whats wrong with you? Do you and mommy need to have a talk right now?" Lilo looked at her mom with puppy dog eyes and nodded her head. They began to talk a little as she explained why she got caught walking with Julio. 

LL: Mommy I promise I wasnt gonna go any further than where you stopped me. 

A: Im sure baby, and I believe you. Its just that..you cant be going places without us knowing. You lucky your uncle and auntie didnt know you were gone..(mummbles) Irresbonsible little shits. 

LL: ....mommy? Does daddy not like me? 

A: ..Baby. No he's just really really upset at you for this. I mean we wouldnt expect you to walk off with boys until your like 16. Not today. 

LL: (giggles) Sorry....I messed up. Im sorry mama. 

A: Its okay baby. Just dont ever in your life..do this to us again. Who knows who or what could've been on that road. Lilo..your too important to Larry and I to just, not think about how we would feel if something happened to you...we would lose our minds if something happened to you or your siblings. We just need you to know that. You are a very important, precious Gem in our jewlry box, we cant afford to lose you. 

LL: I love you mommy. 

A: I love you too baby.

Angela left Lilo's room and entered into her and Larry's. He was in the middle of removing his clothes and watching the highlights of the soccer game. 

L: So, what she doin? 

A: Laying down in her bed. 

L: Oki..where you slipper? 

A: Uh...I think I left it in the room. 

L: Good. She needa wake up and see it. She learn then. 

A: *sigh* She's not gonna learn anything....because I didnt whoop her.. 

L: What? (turns off tv) What you mean you no whoop her? Why? 

A: Because Larry she is a child, who did a child-like behavior. Dont you think whoopin her ass is a little too far. 

L: NO! (stands) You just dont know how to discipline. Move I do this myself. 

A: No you are not! Stop it!....Larry come on now. You and i both know that its not right for a father to hit his daughter whether its necessary or not. Its just not right. 

L: Well until I met you she would get a pop on the hand for shit. 

A: Exactly and thats what this is. A pop on the wrist....she wont do it again Larry, okay she apologized for it and told me the truth. 

L: Well why she aint tell me!? 

A: Because you wouldnt let her talk! You were too busy yelling at her. You gave her no room to breath let alone explain herself...Look you know what bottom line is she is seven years old and we need to be adults and be her parents because she needs us. Okay.....she needs us Larry. More than ever....and I know she actually hasnt said it, but....I know having these twins in the house kills her. She is not getting attention like she used to and....I feel bad. Its just hard being first born and not having the attention on you anymore. 

L: Well she just gonna have to learn to deal with it. But in the right way. 

A: Exactly and she has no idea what the right way is thats why she is acting out like this. To get our attention. And baby we need to listen before she gets to a point where its too late. 

L: ....It is no gonna be too late. 

A: Lets hope not. (walks off)
