Weapon of choice: Rapier along with dual wielding, and what ever his imagination comes up with. (Trident)

Personality: A smart and incredible person who is a close second to Izuku in terms of speed, intelligence and strength.

A bit of a pervert but is kind and would gladly risk his immortal ice body to fight for what is right, he admires his cousin Izuku for his strength and genius along with his determination to reach the peak driving himself to do the same abd become more stronger then he was before. Along with being rivals he enjoys helping people whenever someone needs it.

He can also be dead serious when he wants to be as his goal is to not become the Strongest but to defeat the Strongest.
