Chapter 6

It has been a week since Daniel has been in isolation, he's been playing games for entertainment and sometimes with Vince when he's free.

"Where's Larmina?" Daniel asked for the third time.

"You can't see her yet." Keith said.

Him and Lance came to check on Daniel.

"And why not?"

"You literally thought she was in danger a week ago, Daniel." Lance said.

"Look I'm sorry, I didn't think that would happen."

"What is Larmina to you?"

"What? She's my friend what are you trying to say?"

"Just checking."

"Can I just see her."

"Why?" Keith asked.

"We was suppose to play chess in ten minutes and I'm bored."

Keith taps his volt com and a voice was in the air.

"Yes."

"Larmina do you have something planned today?"

"Wait what time is it? Oh man I almost missed me and Daniel's chess time! Tell him I'll be there."

It hung up.

Lance and Keith looks at Daniel with 'I told you so' look.

"Okay. Fine."  Keith said.

Larmina was sitting at the end of the bed mostly winning against Daniel.

"This is boneless." Daniel huffed.

"Oh come on Daniel, think three spaces ahead outside the box." Larmina said stopping letting him find his way.

Daniel sees it and takes his chance.

"See just think outside the box/pay attention and focus and you'll win."

"Thanks, but going fast is fun." Daniel whined.

"Going fast sometimes get you in trouble, there's time for that another time. Now want to go again."

"They like each other I'm going to put that out there." Hunk said putting his hands up.

"I will have to agree on Hunk with this one." Pidge said.

"I never saw them as a couple." Allura said.

"But they never said anything about liking each other, they don't even look like they do." Lance said.

"He did say he likes her as a friend." Keith said.

"Maybe they are more than friends and just hasn't realized yet." Vince said.

"Could be."

Larmina was getting ready to leave cause Daniel looks tired.

"I'm not tired." Daniel said.

"Yes you are." Larmina said standing.

"Ugh, I just want to be cure and be normal again."

"Just be patient Daniel, it's not easy or fast to conjure up a cure for haggarium."

"I'll wait."

"Good, now get some rest."

"I'm not tired!" Then Daniel yalls laying back. "Fine, I'll take a nap."

"Bye."

"Bye."

Larmina left and Daniel closes his eyes dreaming about who he is.

He needs to find his birth parents when he's cured.
