"I don't know! It was just at my front door!" I explained.
"There has to be some security footage somewhere, maybe your neighbors?" Ali suggested.
"Yeah, I'm gonna ask my neighbors for their security footage, great idea Ali. It's not weird at all." I sarcastically replied.
She rolled her eyes.

"Stop arguing you two. Daniel, when is your mom coming home?" Jackson asked.
"Around Midnight, why?"
"We might stay for the night. I heard it'll be stormy tonight. I have a tech savvy friend, his name is Simon. Maybe he can hack into your neighbors security cam?"
"If we get caught doing anything illegal, I'm pinning it on you. Oh wait, I could just turn you in to that freak who's looking out for you."
"Can you cut the crap Dani, you're overreacting. This guy might just be an amateur at stalking, no harm done." Ali said.
"Dylan, you haven't said a word. By the way I think you need to change, you're only wearing boxers." I stated.
"Oops. Be right back." He said embarrassed.

"Alright, call that Simon guy. We could use someone without the brain size of a pea." I said.
"Okay." Jackson said while dialing a number. He went and opened the door but I stopped him.
"It's best to not go outside on a stormy night when a stalker is on the loose." I warned him. "Go to my bathroom, it's upstairs to the right."

"Ali help me lock the windows around the house and the doors too.No one will come in or go out."
"Okay, let me just call my mom and tell her I'm staying here."
I nodded and went back to locking everything up. So much for a helping hand.

Luckily it was a Friday night and we didn't have to worry about school.
"Have you guys eaten?" I asked Jackson and Ali.
"Yeah, we were eating out until you interrupted us." Jackson replied.
I gave him an annoyed face and went upstairs to my room where Dylan was.

"Hey, what're you doing?" I asked.
"Nothing just watching the news. Apparently, Jackson was right. It'll be stormy tonight."
"Great, all we need is the Cat In The Hat to appear on our front doorsteps and make this a fun night."
Just then the doorbell rang.
"That did not just happen." We both said.
We went downstairs and I checked through the door hole and checked who it was.
"Hey Jackson, is Simon nerdy looking with glasses and all? Maybe you should come and see."
He came to the door and checked.
"Yup that's him."
I unlocked the door and opened the it.
"Hey Simon." Jackson said hugging him and patting his back. Awe I ship it, not.
"Sup." He replied.
"This is Ali, Daniel, and Dylan." He introduced us and we shook hands.
I closed the door and took him to the living room.

"Okay, so we want to know if you can hack into my neighbors camera." I asked.
"I think so. I just need to type this and that and you'll be able to check the footage, for whatever weird reason. Did you steal their stuff?"
"No, it's just you know. I'm curious."
"Okay.."
"Do you want anything to drink?" I asked.
"Some green tea if you have some."
"Sure. I'll be right back."

I went to the kitchen and started to boil water and get the tea bag out. I heard a thump upstairs. I started walking towards the stairs when I realized the front door was open.
"Holy crap!" I yelled out.
Dylan and Ali came.
"What happened?" They said in unison.
"I left the door opened and I'm pretty sure that someone is in here. I heard a thump upstairs. Damn it, I'm so dumb." I started cupping my face.
"I'll go check it out."
"I'll come with you." Ali said grabbing a knife.
They both went up the stairs, I'm pretty sure they were panicking too.
"Um, Dylan, I don't think you left your door opened." Simon said.
"My name is Daniel. Why do you think that?"
"Well checking from the footage from your neighbors camera someone hacked their way into your house. They unlocked your door with a bobby pin, in short words." He explained.
~5 minutes later~
Ali and Dylan came back down.
"There was nothing, no one, nada." Dylan continued," We checked the closets, the bathrooms, under the beds. Everywhere."

"Oh wait, someones on top of your house. They're climbing out your window!" Simon yelled.
I opened the door and ran outside, rain streaming down my face. I saw nothing and no one.
"Daniel, come inside now!" Yelled out Dylan.
I ran inside and locked the door. I was wet.

"That was delayed footage, it happened last week. November 6th to be exact." said Simon.

"That was the day I went to Miranda's birthday party. My mom was home alone with some creep inside."
"Here is the footage from like right now." Simon clicked on some keys and it showed the footage. A figure standing in front of it. Then all of a sudden a static screen came on.
"Wait, w-what's going on why isn't it showing?"
"The camera was broken off and maybe the tape too." Simon explained.
I started pacing back and forth.
"What do we d-do now? H-how is this even possible? Jackson, what'd you do that they want you so bad?"
"I-i don't know!" He said.
"I hate you with all my guts for causing this."
"Does anybody care on telling me what's going on? Cause that dude that's freaking out, looks like it's some murderer in his house."
We all looked at him surprised. This kid catches on really quick.

"Should we tell him?" Jackson asked.
"It's your ass on the line. If he's the next target, it's going on you." I replied.
"There's like this stalker running around town and he chose to target me and my friends. Welcome to the club. " He explained.
"You seriously did not just tell him. You're so selfish, Jackson. How can I sign out if this club by the way?" I questioned.
"Once a member of the club, always a member of the club."

I went upstairs to cool off and turned on the T.V.
What are we gonna do now? How can we find this person who's after Jackson. Maybe my theory was correct, "Once a member of the club, always a member of the club" he probably was giving us a hint which meant the gang he was in or some secret organization. Maybe his leader always said that, as an oath. If he leaves the organization, he'll always be apart of it, even if he's dead. Oh my god, Jackson was in something and now he'll get killed? Ha, now it's us. Life just gets better and better.

"Here's your cup of coffee Ali and here's some tea for you Simon." I said smiling at him.
"Where's Dylan?" Ali asked.
"He went to bed, he said he needed to relax his mind for a bit."
"Maybe we could watch a movie or play some games?" Jackson suggested.
"If you're okay with watching Frozen or Ouija then I don't think so."
"Oh." He said bummed out.
"Do you have board games?"
"Monopoly and The Game of Life."
"Monopoly! I always win at that game!" Simon excitedly said.
"Maybe you can teach me how to win?" I smiled.

After everyone went to bed, I went to look on Dylan. He was still in bed and snoring. Awe he's talking in his sleep while hugging his pillow.
I kissed his forehead and laid next to him, cuddling him.
~37 minutes later~
I woke up to Ali coming in and telling me where Jackson and Dylan were. I rolled over and checked, he wasn't there. I got up quickly and grabbed my phone, calling him. I heard a ring, I started looking where it came from but it came from my drawer, where his phone was.
"Call Jackson's!" I told Ali.
She was shaking while she tried calling him. We heard nothing over the rain above the roof. Ali and I checked my room and bathroom carefully. Nothing. We checked my moms entire room and found no one. "In the basement!" I suggested. I ran downstairs and tried opening the basement door. It wouldn't budge. I grabbed the fire hydrant and broke off the doorknob.
"Will your mom be mad?" Ali asked.
"Who cares."
I opened the door where I felt warmth.
"Oh my god." I said.
"Dylan!" I screamed, running to him.
There was a car engine on and I figured maybe it was carbon monoxide.

I picked him up and carried him, Ali was helping. Once we got to the kitchen where Simon was, I woke him up. "Trace Jacksons phone, quickly!" I said.
"I'm on it."

I went back to the basement and turned the car off. Once I reached the stairs, I noticed some words on it written in permanent marker. From bottom to top it read,
"Morning? tomorrow up waking be you will where." But once I read it from top to bottom it sounded more clear:
Where will you be waking up tomorrow morning?
I'm pretty sure I'm losing my head now.

I went back to the kitchen and then Simon reported, "I'm searching the coordinates for the location.. Found it, it's in Gamble Gamba's Playground! It's like 8 minutes away in a car."
"Okay, come with me and Ali, you'll stay in the car with Dylan. Give him water or something, he's still waking up."
We ran outside and got into the car. It was drizzling but not raining as hard as it was hours ago.
