Moonlight

What a wonderful night to be hunting down my friends boyfriend. There was a rain storm and the full moon was covered by big grey clouds. My friends and I were in the car. My boyfriend was passed out and then there were my friends just asking me to speed up the car. What a beautiful night it is.

"We're here." I stated as I parked in the parking lot.
We were in a deserted park that hasn't been used in about 2 or 3 years because of a "murder" that was committed. They found a body with teeth marks and knife wounds. It was pretty disgusting and the whole body wasn't found until last year, the head was buried under the swing set. It was open to the public it was just that the public wasn't so open about it.

The children always dug the dirt with their feet when they used the swings. Did I say the victim who was murdered was a child that was just 10 years old, 12 years old by now. This town has a lot of messed up people.
"Call him." I told Ali.
We heard ringing coming from the slide, you know the circular ones where you would hide when you were a kid.

We went towards the slide and found nothing but Jackson's phone. I pressed the 'On' button and the lock screen showed his wallpaper, (screen shotted from the Notes app) that had coordinates written on them. We heard a twig snap, we turned around and saw no one. "When does the park close?" I asked Ali.
"Around sunset, why?"
"It's 11:23 PM now. What if this is a set up? He/Her knew we'd track Jackson's phone, maybe he also told the police we'd be here? We're trespassing."
"You may be right."

"But then again, he might want us to leave and go to these coordinates and then keep Jackson here, maybe to kill him."
"You're right."
"You and Simon will stay here, in case something does come up. I'll go with Dylan to the coordinates on Jackson's phone, you'll be alright don't worry."
I told her and then she hugged me.

"Just in case something bad happens and I don't get a chance to hug you again." She said smiling, I smiled back and walked towards the car.

"Simon, you'll stay with Ali. You hide inside the bathroom or on a tree, watch out for the camera's too. Be careful, I gave you my number so call me if you see or hear anything."
"Alright." He replied.
"Don't let Ali get hurt, you get that?"
"Mmhm."
He got off and walked towards where Ali was hiding, watching out for cameras.

Dylan had already woken up but I'm pretty sure he was still confused, so I refreshed his memory and told him what had happened. I typed the coordinates, it showed me where it was and it was approximately 32 minutes away from the park, the park was 8 minutes away from my home, so 32 and 8 add up to 40 and it would be 40 minutes from my home to my destination, I'm so intelligent.

"It's dark." Dylan said as I drove.
"That's nature, my friend. It's very dark and cruel." I replied.
"Sounds inviting."
I replied with a 'yeah' but it was so low, he probably didn't hear it.
"You have arrived at your destination." The robotic voice said. We were in the dark woods.

I unlocked the doors and came out. I held Dylan's hand and walked towards this small little cabin I guess you could call it. It looked nothing like one, its walls were made out of sticks almost like a small hut.
"Hello? Anybody in here?" I asked. It smelled really bad in here. Almost like dead bodies. I turned my flashlight on from my phone. I was horrified by what I saw and what I was stepping on.

I was stepping on an organ, animals on the floor with guts outside their bodies. Mostly rabbits and deer, there was fur of a bear hanging from the wall, it looked freshly killed. The bear mostly caused the hideous odor. I walked outside, trying not to cover my shoes in blood or anything. Images of the 10 year old coming up in my head. I threw up beside my car.

{Ali's P.O.V}

"So, what're you up to?" I asked Simon.
"Just tracking where Daniel's at. He's in some sort of woods. What are you doing?"
"I'm just playing with my thumbs. I never really get how you do all that computer stuff, it seems hard."
"It really isn't, want me to show you?"
"Sure."
"Okay so first..."
I knew this was gonna get boring so I just pretended to listen. This guy is a genius but I know that computer tech is not my thing. I'm really thinking of being a lawyer actually, I'd love to see that happen.
"Shh, Simon I think there is someone with us."
"How do you know." He whispered.
"I just saw someone walk past that tree. Should we call Daniel or?"
"Maybe we should follow him, we don't want to get the wrong person."
"Okay."
