I am mesmerized by her stunning glory. "Excuse me, do you have the time?" She asks. It takes me a second to realize that she was talking to me. "Oh" I laugh and pull out my IPhone 5. "7:43"I say. "Thank you". "What band are you in?" She asks me. "Pierce the veil". "Oh my god really? I love you guys. When do you play?" I take one more look at the schedule and reply back "2:45". "Cool. maybe I can come see you play". I light up in excitement. "Yeah that would be nice". "Can I see your phone for a sec?" she asks. "Sure" I say handing it to her. After a few clicks she hands it back with the messages app open to a convo titled "Hayley🔶🔶". "Now you have my number". I text her saying "hey" to make sure it goes through. Her phone vibrates and she looks at it and says "cool". Her phone vibrates again and she looks down at it. "Sorry, I got to go do an interview with Bryan stars". "That's cool, text me later" I say winking at her. She walks away laughing. I tried to process that I actually just talked to that beautiful girl and I didn't shit my pants. I was proud.
