Sabre woke up, rubbing his eyes through his blindfold. What happened to me? Sabre asked himself. His mouth was slightly ajar, taking all the air around him he could get. Realizing his mouth was open, Sabre had quickly shut it. He wore a blindfold and a white chicken suit, his hair a soft hazel brown as he ran his soft fingers through his hair-acknowledging it was tangled. Even though Sabre wasn't blind, he wore a blindfold, though used it more decoration. The soft-touch of the dark gray blindfold calmed him... A tail, crafted from feathers, had been attached to his costume. Sabre frantically felt around his body and sighed with relief once he realized he was still wearing his belts with all his gadgets and bags attached to them. He started to pay attention to what surrounded him, moving his head around to scan the area. Spruce trees were decorated with hanging vines from their long, gnarly branches, some covered in leaves, others bare to the bark, filled with sounds of life from birds to bugs to cries of mammals. In front of him looked to be hills springing out of the ground here and there, stretching further beyond his sight, adorned with flowers. He rested his head on a tree behind his head before forcing his numb legs to stand.

And which world am I in? The surface? he asked himself, looking around quietly. He started to walk forward, brushing off his thoughts and drinking the scene in further as he looked up. The sky was as blue as frost, clouds creating white, wispy shapes in the air. The breeze that came from the trees emitted a smell of spring. Dandelions and several yellow tulips planted in one spot next to him danced quietly along with the wind, their petals swaying gently along with the breeze. Brown and black horses with black manes galloped in the distance, along with some sheep and cows grazing on the grass, but he paid no attention to them. He kept on walking, lost in the beauty. But just before Sabre passed the first hill on his left, however, he noticed a random oak wood doorway stood in the middle of the summit; Something about this rang a bell in his mind, and he found this vaguely familiar. "What the..?" Sabre muttered, eyeing the door, squinting at it. He walked toward the door and pushed it open, and found himself in a hallway full of yellowish-white light. This.. feels nostalgic. Sabre thought, stepping inside and running his hand along the wall while walking through the blinding light, digging through his memory banks. Where has he seen this before?

Sabre walked for a while, but he had finally reached a dark wood door all the way on the other side of the bright tunnel. He opened the door to find himself in a dome-like building, white quartz and stone covering the walls. A fat snow-colored quartz statue stood in the middle, which resembled a giant Owl. Glowstone and torches lit the room, littering the ceiling and the walls like stars in the night sky. Several dark wood doors led to different rooms-ones he wished he would spend time to look inside them and unfold their secrets hidden within. But something was dragging him in a different direction. Flower pots filled with roses lined in a row sat next to the dark wood doors, each a different crimson shade, held up by small wooden stands. Ahead, there's a hallway with more quartz that led to a room Sabre's guts had been nagging him to go down. Sabre walked down the hallway and suddenly found himself in a beautiful, humongous Library. Bookshelf after bookshelf towered over Sabre, filled with books of several different colors. Quartz lined the walls, pale white and undamaged like they used to be. Chiseled stone and wood were spotted rarely on the floors as most of it was covered by a thick, rich maroon carpet, wooden tables lined up in neat rows between the breaks in the soft fabric, a few books laid out across them. In the hallway, ceiling, and in the windows, even the walls, there was more of that odd yellow-ish light. Sabre caught a glimpse of a skylight above, but it only showed more yellowish-white light. A second-floor held up by quartz and chiseled stone columns had been barely illuminated, shadows playing tricks on his eyes through the blindfold.

He finally remembered, suddenly remembering where he was. No wonder it was familiar to him. He and his friends had been in here once, with a person named the Librarian greeting them with a warm welcome to his library, showing us around. The Great Library?! Screamed Sabre's brain, his heart racing, the ancient labyrinth of books as they burned, Void Steve, laughing aloud as he tried to destroy Galaxy Steve and Sabre, bringing the mythical structure down with him as he had. "But...the Great Library...Void Steve destroyed it years ago." Sabre muttered under his breath in disbelief, talking to the air as he tried to take it all in. Maybe it reconstructed itself? Though...that wouldn't make sense...Since the Librarian died, the library should have been completely obliterated. "Oh hi, Sabre!" said a friendly yet familiar voice. Sabre turned his head to find his friend, Galaxy Steve, waving in his direction, shaking Sabre out of his line of concentration. Sabre didn't even realize his friend was here. Galaxy Steve wore a long, puffy sleeve shirt that was greyish-blue, spotted with several stars, pants dark blue, and dark purple boots that had what looked like the asteroid belt though replaced with stars snaking up and down his long boots. Like Sabre, he wore belts and straps, some of his artifacts and inventory attached to their leathery purple surfaces, these belts covering an arm and both legs, some strapped over his torso. Galaxy Steve's hair had detailed with small, white stars and bright white nebulas, while his hair colored with the pigments of space. He kept all of it all up in a long, elegant ponytail, though some of the long hair that wasn't kept in the ponytail drooped to the left side of his face. He had yellow eyes that seemed to glow in the dark, with a pair of nearly invisible pupils. He also wore a cape that provided the image of the milky way. "Galaxy...Steve?" asked Sabre, his eyes widening behind his dark grey blindfold. New getup I see? whispered the part of Sabre's brain that reminded him so much of his friend Rainbow Steve.
