Day 2- Challenge: Making Fun of Each Other
Nightmare woke up in a bed because of the voice. But not his bed. He started panicking when he suddenly smelled something. Food. Nightmare's stomach growled. But he knew he shouldn't eat. Wait. Not his bed. He started freaking out again and stood up and left the room to find anyone else in the house. He was surprised when he found the kitchen.
"Dream?!" Nightmare said, getting into a battle stance.
Dream looked over at him in surprise. "You're awake! Hi!" he said cheerfully.
"Please no fighting in the kitchen." Nightmare knew that voice too.
Ink came in eyeing Nightmare. Nightmare didn't know who to attack first.
"Dude, chill. We're not fighting you. We just found you with Blue and Blue was all cuddled up on you. You looked kinda stuck, but also asleep. So we helped ya out." Ink said, crossing his arms.
Blue...
"Where.. is Blue?" Nightmare asked, slowly getting out of his battle stance. Nightmare didn't even know why he asked that-
"He's in his room, sleeping. Better not disturb him, Ink said, acting a bit strange. Nightmare obviously didn't trust him.
"Okay, well, I'll be going now-" Nightmare started walking towards the door, but was cut off by both Dream and Ink getting in between him and the door.
"That will not be necessary. We cannot have you seeing which AU we live in." Dream said sternly.
This was a valid reason, Nightmare knew.
"So what're you gonna do? Keep me hostage or something?" Nightmare laughed at the thought.
The two smaller skeletons stared at him, their faces serious and stern.
"Wait, are you actually gonna hold me hostage?!" He shouted, looking at them as if they were crazy.
Dream nodded. "Yes, we are. We already put a little anklet on you to make sure you don't get out." Ink said, pointing to Nightmare's ankle.
"You did WHAT?!" Nightmare exclaimed, looking down at his ankle.
Sure enough, there was a little thing strapped to it. He growled at the both of them. Suddenly there was a sound of a door opening and closing. Blue walked in a moment later, seeing Nightmare sitting angrily on the couch.
Blue came over to Nightmare. "How are you feeling?" He asked. Blue had heard the strange voice, but didn't seem to understand his task and who he was supposed to do it to.
"Shut up fat boy." Nightmare spat at him, not looking at him.
Day 2- Challenge: 50% Complete ~ Waiting For Second Person
Nightmare and Blue looked at each other at the same time. They both thought the same thing at the same time: 'He's who I'm doing this with?!' This made no sense to either of them. They were literally on opposite sides of the fighting. And while they didn't actually fight too often anymore, the two teams still didn't like the other all that much.
Blue wondered what would happen if he didn't do it... But he didn't want to find out. So he made sure no one was watching. No one was in the room with them. He looked at Night and gulped.
"N-no you, dummy!" Blue said, trying to act mean.
Nothing happened. "You need to be meaner." Nightmare said, unimpressed.
Blue gulped again. "Y-you dumb-" he gulped again "-dumbass." He instantly felt bad as the word left his mouth.
Day 2- Challenge: Making Fun Of Each Other ~ Complete!!
"I'm so sorry!!" Blue said, before Nightmare could speak.
Blue looked helpless like this. Apologizing for everything. Staying in his room and sleeping in. Sleep was a for the weak. And Nightmare refused to be known as 'weak'. Nightmare sighed. He guessed there would be more to come with these 'challenges'. They had already forced Blue out of his comfort zone by making him say something 'mean'.
They would just have to do their best to do it correctly.
The rest of the day was very annoying for Nightmare. Blue had noticed that he refused to eat anything the Stars gave him. Blue figured that Nightmare assume it was poisoned or something. Understandable.
Nightmare slept on the couch. He didn't want the guest room for some reason.
