Her hands were shoved in her pockets as she walked down the corridor, itching to pull out a cigarette as she practically growled In frustration.
That 'Alastor Moody' sure knew how to push her buttons, he knew practically everything about her family and it was starting to wind her up. He had kept her behind in class once again to start babbling nonsense about the dark lord and if she thought he would rise. Also practically accusing her of reconsidering leaning towards following her family's ways just because she was good in defence against the dark arts! She knew now why he was called mad, the guy was absolutely bloody nuts. He even dared bring up her god father, saying how he would he proud of her dark arts skills but betrayal not so much.
She didn't know where he got all his information from but she didn't like it. She wasn't close to her god father, in fact you could say she hated him more than she did her parents. He was her fathers best friend and the mind behind his tortures, he was more insane that her cousin Bellatrix and thats saying something. Barty crouch was a man you didn't know what was thinking, his head wasn't screwed on right that's for sure. When she was a small child, he used to break the heads off of her dolls, trying to make her do it too and told her say 'avada kedarva' as she did so. She obviously didn't know what it meant until she became much older. He was sick in the head, he worshipped the dark lord more than anyone she knew. He was completely loyal to him. Though she hadn't seen him in years thankgod he creeped her out, much like professor Moody did.
Maximus found him weird too and tried his best to keep the man away from his best friend. Always staying behind and refusing to leave the room when he kept her after classes. Speaking of Maximus, he had been with Rosalind ever since her outbreak in the great hall and practically refused to leave her side, knowing the reason his best friend blew up so quickly was because something was bothering her and her emotions were weighing down on her again. She had to force him to go off with his needy boyfriend after defence against the dark arts, Cedric saying he owed her whatever she wished for when she finally made him leave. She was definitely calling in for that favour one day, she wouldn't forget.
Letting out a breath of air she halted in her tracks seeing a familiar blonde girl skipping infront of her, looking from side to side as if she needed to find something.
"Luna?" She called out making the platinum blonde girl turn around as her name was called, a bright smile coming on the girls face when she spotted the Slytherin girl.
Luna Lovegood was also someone that Rosalind had taken under her wing, defending her against many bullies and hexing anyone who dared call her looney. She wasn't looney, she was just unique and Rosalind thought people like her should be appreciated, she was one of the pure ones that hadn't been knocked down by the cruel world.
