Chapter 5 - The Unknown

Kuroko POV

"Rentaro ~ Hurry!" Enju yelled while splashing water at Rentaro.

"Kyoro, catch!" I said,throwing at her the air-pumped ball.

She then threw the ball at Enju. "Enju, catch!"

We repeatedly did the same action until we're bored."I'm so hot " Enju said, fanning herself with her hands."Rentaro ~"

"No! " Rentaro hit her on her head.

"B-But the vase is already broken! And you can buy a new one..."

"Then why not you chill yourself here with Kuroko and Kyoro? "

Enju folded her arms and sat down quietly.

Why are we here?Well,this was what had happened...

"Enju...!!"I felt a dark aura behind me.

"Y-Yeah darling?"

Rentaro picked the broken piece up and showed it to Enju.

"I-I...I accidentally Ummm... "

"I broke it."Kyoro stood up."I accidentally pushed the vase off while I was farting."

"You have to stick your butt up while farting?"

"Well..."Kyoro silent, can't think of what to say.

"She was showing Enju her butt." I joked.

"KUROKO! " Kyoro stepped me on the foot.

"Okay okay stop. "Rentaro signed. "Enju, still not admitting it?"

"Fine... I broke it"

He smiled slightly,then announced, "be happy cuz ' we're going to the beach today to-"

"Yayyyyy! " Enju cheered,cutting off Rentaro's line.

"To kill the gastrea." Rentaro continued.

"Buuuuuuuuuuu! " We pointed our thumbs down.

So that's what mainly happened.

"Remember , we're here to-"

"Ah~it feels good having the wind~"

"ENJU!!"

"Okay... "

Just as we were about to change up, we heard a ear -piercing scream.

I looked out of the window and saw Rentaro rushing out.

"Wait for me darling~!" Enju struggled to wear her shoes.

I stared at Kyoro. She was grabbing on to her locket. I rushed out too,after changing. I left a "wait for me here" hand gesture before dashing out.

The scene there was chaotic.People was running different directions. Some unlucky ones get eaten by those gastrea. Those lucky ones got away.Rentaro hurriedly re-charged the bullets in his gun when suddenly, a gastrea attacked him.

"RENTARO! " The time became slow again.

I saw Enju being hit by the gastrea and Rentaro screaming for Enju. I wanted to go towards and help them ,but I don't seem to be able to reach them in time.I squeezed my eyes shut and continued running.Or walking. Then,I heard the monster breathing. It's like it's so close to me that I can even heard the heart beat in it. I slowly opened my eyes and realise that I'm right beside the monster.

"H-Huh?" My eyes widen.I then tried to dodge it as it slowly inched forward to me.Fortunately, I managed to.The gastrea fell onto the sand, which I hate it the most as the sound of it moaning is really loud when it's slow motion.I pick the gun from Rentaro and shot it at the monster. Finally able to heard the moaning stop, I cheered as I punched my fist in the air.Time then went back to normal.

As the monster split into two,an old man around the age of 50-60 looked at me with his eyes closed.Then I realised that there's actually a student  beside him,she is around the age of 17-18 I guess.

The girl looked at me in curiosity and mumbled something into the gramp's ear before heading back.

"Enju... Enju! "

I facepalmed myself before helping Rentaro out.We placed her in Rentaro's room and settled down.He told everything that had happened to Kyoro while he continuously blame himself.

"Enju... I'm sorry..."Rentaro said,holding on to Enju's hand."Please wake up...Didn't you said you want to stick with me forever? Forget about the vase incident,I wouldn't blame you.Just get up and I'll grant you 3 wishes!" He cried.

"Promise?"

"Yeah... wait,ENJU OH MY GOSH YOU'RE AWAKE!"

Enju smirked as she took this golden opportunity to hug him.

"Rentaro ~I wanna sleep with you tonight... " Enju shakes his hand.

"NO!"

"3 wishes~!" Enju humbled as she walked out of the room.
