Chapter 8 - Other paths
Kuroko POV
I was walking through the streets when a smell caught my attention. Slowly and swiftly, I followed the smell. It smells like human,but also a ghoul.
"If I'm a monster,then so are you." A voice from an alley called out.
Then I heard a scream. I shivered, beads of perspiration tricked down my forehead. The figure suddenly turned around and threw a something towards my direction. I looked downwards and realised it was...a human head.
"EEEEKKK!" I pretend myself from screaming.
"Who's there?!" The same voiced called out.
The sound of the footsteps was getting louder. Just as it was about to continue, another voice from back there called out.
"Come join us,Kaneki. "
Slowly and steadily, I took a peek at who's there.
"Caught you!" The shadow slowly fade away,reviewing the purplish -blue hair of a young girl,her fringe was covering her left eye.
"H-huh?" I somehow finds that she's familiar. I don't really know her but I have seen her somewhere.
She grabbed my wrist tightly and pulled me up.
"Oh,it's you." She mumbled.
"W-What?" She let go of my wrist immediately and apologize.
"Sorry for just now"
She hurriedly brought me up to a cafe shop and passed me a cup of coffee.Then, a few more people entered the cafe shop.
"Sir!" She called out.
"A new member?"
"Yeah... "
"I-is Kaneki here?"
Then,a middle age guy stood beside me and replied,"Y-Yes."
She quickly introduce each other once we had settled down. "I'm Touka, this is Yoshimara but you call him sir.And this is Kaneki, a new member like you."
"I-I'm Kuroko, nice to meet you..." I mumbled.
Kyoro POV
"Where's Kuroko?!" I shouted impatiently,"I look like a stupid lost child wondering around the streets in circles!"
Immediately, I took out my phone and texted her.
Where are you?!
While waiting for her reply, I went to the nearest anime store.
"Hmmm... let's see" I mumbled as I blend down to search for the anime manga I wanted."Hmm... Fairy tail? Sounds interesting " (A/N : *inserts troll face*)
Steadily, I pulled out the manga. Being so engrossed in reading the manga, I didn't realise that my phone was ringing:
" oshiete oshiete yo sono shikumi wo"
"Boku no naka ni dareka iru no"
It rang so loud that everyone turned and stared at me. I didn't know about it until I felt a light tap on my shoulder.
"H-Huh?" I faced them."Ohh..." Stupid, stupid, stupid!
I put the manga back neatly before calling Kuroko.
"Sorry Kyoro.I'm on the way to the office now."
"You idiot!Made me so embarrassed in the public! "
"What?Can you speak louder?I can't hear you!"
"You idiot!I'm so embarrassed now!"
"Huh?"
"BAKA! " I screamed at the phone. "Baka! Baka!Baka! Baka! " I slammed my phone against each other and walked away.
Enju POV
"Darling~ When is Kuroko and Kyoro ever coming back~?" I shouted from a distance, lying comfortably on my darling's bed.
"If you're so concern about them why not you find them?" Kisara yelled back.
I pouted and hugged a big Rentaro plushie.
