Episode 1

"A Masquerade?"

Willow asked, holding the official flyer that she had taken down from her locker. Luz had been holding one too.

"Isn't that amazing? It'd be so much fun to dance with the one you like most! Under the disco ball as you look into each other's eyes..."

Luz started rambling, Willow just looking at her with a weird look. Gus was just listening to Luz's every word, completely fascinated by the idea.

"I think it'll be fun! The romantic tension!" Gus stated, eyes lighting up with fascination while staring at the flyer.

Willow took a moment, but shook her head and smiled. "Yeah, I guess it will be.."

Luz grabbed both of Willow's hands, squeezing them tight. "If you don't like the idea of it, then you don't have to go!"

The human smiled, as Willow smiled back and nodded. Besides, the witch would rather be with her precious plants.

"Sorry guys, I'm not gonna go. The plants need me." Luz had just nodded, totally understanding.

"That's fine! Your choice!" Gus had nodded, still looking at the flyer. He hadn't been paying attention of course. He was too caught up in the idea of dancing with someone you like.

Willow felt relieved, and didn't feel all that bad. "Thanks for understanding guys. I'll see you in class then?"

Luz let go of the witch's hand, nodding and giving a thumbs up. "Totally!"

And with that, Willow was off to her class. Luz just waved goodbye and looked at Gus, shaking her head and laughing a little.

"So Amity, are you going to the masquerade?"

Boscha asked, leaning against her locker and scrolling through Pentagram. Amity had been getting her books for class.

"Masquerade? What masquerade?"

Amity had asked, closing her monstrous locker and looking at Boscha with a confused expression.

"There's flyers everywhere. Are you blind or something?"

Boscha huffed, handing a flyer to Amity and continuing to scroll through Pentagram.

"I guess I'll go..." Amity spoke, scanning over the piece of paper. Who would she go with?

"Well I'm not. If the freaks are gonna be there, I wouldn't wanna be apart of it." Boscha closed Pentagram and rolled her eyes, walking away.

Amity just completely ignored her and continued scanning over the paper.

It wouldn't hurt to go with Luz, right..?
