Rose sat in the car staring at the normal looking two story house. This is the first time she's been back in almost three years. She's been around the neighborhood as often as she and Harmony could to spend time with JJ, but the house specifically has been years.

"Are you ready?" Harmony asked her sister from the drivers seat. "You know JJ will be excited to see you. Last time I was here she asked where you were."

"I'm ready to get my girl back." Rose said as she finally got herself out of the car.

Before the pair could make it to the front door, it burst open and a flash of blonde came running straight for Rose. Even with Rose not being around and being told she's not her actual mother, JJ has always called Rose mom. She never saw Carrol Dixon as her mother, just the person who took care of her.

"Momma you back!" The almost five year old exclaimed as she threw herself into Roses arms. "I missed you so much"

"I missed you too, Lucciola." Rose said as she picked up the small girl. "How would you like to leave here forever? I'm going to take you home with me, where you belong."

"You mean I can finally live with you?" JJ asked excitedly. She hated not being able to see the woman she considered her mother everyday. Even at five she knew enough to know that it was beyond their control.

"What are you doing here?" The snarky voice of Carrol Dixon came from the front door. "You step away from Jacqueline right this instant."

"No. She belongs with me. Someone who loves her, and the person Juli wanted her with. I came to get her. I don't care if you try to pull you have custody, you only had temporary custody. And if you try and keep her from me any longer it can be considered kidnapping." Rose said, her hold on JJ tightening protectively. "We are going to get JJ's things, and then she is coming with me. Lucciola, go with Harmony and pack as much as you can."

JJ nodded before grabbing Harmonys hand and leading her past Carrol and to her bed room to pack her things.

"You can't do this, she belongs here with someone who can actually care for her." Carrol spat at Rose. She always says things to Rose about not being good enough for JJ anytime she sees her, and Rose was fed up with it.

"Oh like how you cared for me and Harmony? Julianna basically raised me and Harmony. You couldn't be bothered to take care of your own kids, and the. You take the one thing from me that brings light into my life. I'm done with this. JJ is coming with me, and if you dare ever try and come near her or me again I will call the cops. If you ever truly cared for me or JJ you'd let this happen." Rose all but yelled at the woman before Harmony and JJ came back out with a few bags of clothes and what looked to be a backpack stuffed with many stuffed animals. "Good bye, Mother."

With that the group of three got into the car and left the house. The whole ride to the hotel where Chris was waiting for them to arrive, JJ was talking animatedly about how much she missed Rose and how excited she was to be with her for good. Harmony drove as Rose sat shotgun listening intently to the little girl talk, tears of joy running down her checks.
