"You ready?" she asks, placing her hand on the door handle. I nod unsure of myself. She twists the handle and right away as the door opens I'm greeted with two smiley people. I assume they are her parents. The lady comes up to me with the warmest smile.

The man smiles at me with kindness. He reminds me of Billie in a sense.

"Hey, oh my goodness" she immediately took me into her embrace. She's a very gentle yet loving hugger... I like it! She placed her hands on my cheeks and just admired me for a second. I couldn't help but smile "You are more beautiful than I could have imagined! I mean Billie does talk about you alot so-" she was cut off by Billie yelling "Mom shut up oh my god" she grabbed me by the wrist and dragged me to her room. "Bye maggie" I yelled before being taken away.

She had time to talk about me? I mean we have only been with each other for a couple of days. How much time could she have had?

As we walked toward Billies room, instead of going inside of hers, we were pulled into a room right across from it. "Finneas" Billie yells out before placing me in front of her. He gasps in surprise "Is she?" I look up at Billie confused before I see her nod towards who i assume is her brother. "Sit down come on in"

We both sat down for a second, giving me some time to look around. Lots of guitars and what seems to be music equipment. Finneas spins his chair around to face us. "You're probably wondering why I have all this stuff in here right?" he points to his equipment as I nod my head. "I'm a producer, like I produce music and stuff. I also co write a lot of songs." he leans towards me a little "You want to hear something me and Billie are working on?" he asked in a whisper. My face lights up "Yea i d-" i was cut off  "NO she doesn't." she says slightly embarrassed "Yes i do! Play it Finneas!" I say as Billie buries her face into one of the pillows behind me. I giggle at her actions as Finneas begins playing the song.
There was a couple seconds of soft seduction and then. Holy shit. "Turn this shit off" Billie yelled for a second. "Nope" Finneas said "This is my favorite part"

'What a shame i'm not there'

For a second I couldn't understand why she was so embarrassed. To help produce something like this is so good. Finneas paused the song and looked back at me "So what do you think?" he asked. "That's so good! Bil I don't know why you are so embarrassed to be a part of the production of this." She sat up, paused for a second before she started laughing hysterically, Finneas joined in as well. I look around in confusion "What? What did I say?" I ask while the laughter dies down. "Can you at least tell me the name of the artist you guys are producing this for. She sounds so good I want to hear what other song she has out" Just like that they began to crack up again. "I need some water," Finneas said as he stood up and left the room. I turned to Billie to see her smiling at me. "What?" I asked.

My dumbass really didn't notice.

"You really want to know who made this song?" she asked calmly. "Yes! I've been trying to find out for the past five minutes' ' I yelled "ok ok close your eyes" Bille asked. I did as told and closed my eyes. A couple seconds went before she told me to open them again. As I opened them all I saw was Billie once again. "Ta-da" she said in a child's voice. "That wasn't you," I laughed. Her face slowly became really serious before she yells for Finneas. He comes back into the room while placing down the glass cup he had in his hand.

They set up some microphones and stuff while I scrolled through instagram. She really thinks she can fool me with this one. She's not slick. I'm not gonna fall for that-

'You can pretend you don't miss me'
'You can pretend you don't care'
'All you wanna do is kiss me'
'What a shame i'm not there'

"Does that one sound better, Finneas?" she asked as she took off her headset. I sat there, eyes widened and in shock. it's not that i didn't believe that she could do it, it's just that Billie looks intimidating. she doesn't seem like the type of person to just whip out a soft angelic voice.

"Yeah that one sounds great. I think I want to layer these vocals though. they might sound better that way..." Finneas ranted on and on about the production process. Billie grabbed Finneas' cup and walked toward the door. Before she could exit the room Finneas turned to face me before asking,

"What do you think Nadia?"

Nadia?

Whos Nadia?
