Chapter 55 Birthday Surprise

Third person pov:

After two days ana called Kathline for checking designs, they met in Ana's office. After Kathline sat, Ana thanked for helping her that night.

Kathline said " I did not do anything; it was my profession. If you want thank, you must thank Mr. King."

Ana has a questioning face " Mr. King?"

" Yes, Mr. Alexander Black King , I want to take you to hospital but Mr. King take you, I asked did he know you ? but you can say no one dare to question him. He asked what happen to you? I explained your situation." Kathline explained the situation.

At the end of meeting, Kathline questioned " If not problem, May I ask you something ?"

" You can." Ana replied with a smile. " How do you know Mr. King?" she questioned hesitatingly.

" What I mean is Whole world knows that Mr. King never care about others. But on that night, I can see he was worry about you but he did not show it outside. "

Hearing this ana did not know what to reply , " Mr. King is friend of my friend jenny , she was recently married. She asks Mr. king to take care about me in her absence until she returns. I don't have many friends and I had work for his company before."

At night ana sat in her bedroom and thinks at about that night , she feels alex was beside her and take care of her. when she woke up, she saw Laura, Laura was Interior designer who took care of the company in absence of Ana.

Laura said that she was at near the restaurant and brought her to home and called doctor. But this was all done by him.

Next day ana went to alex office to meet him, Charles his PA informed alex. Ana sat infront of alex , Alex questioned her "What take you here Ms. Khanna?"

" Why he has to talk like we are strangers?" Ana thought to herself and replied " Mr. King I am here to say sorry and thank you" Alex was silent ana continued " In hotel I misunderstand you..." Alex interrupts her.

" Miss, I don't want to talk about that. I already said that we are strangers so need for this." Alex said with a cold voice.

Ana was silent and she know he was angry; she wants to explain to him.

They hear a door knock , after alex permission Brenna entered and said he had a meeting and left from there.

"Miss. Khanna, if you don't have anything, you can leave now." Alex said and doing his work. Ana stood and left from there.

Alex murmurs something seeing ana's back leaving.

After that ana tried to meet alex and chat with him but he never agreed or reply for her messages. He behaves like she was a stranger to him and talk with a cold voice. He even shouted at ana like he did on others in meetings.

In last few days ana work was shared by Laura, after ana return laura left the company . Alex asked her to work with ana to less her burden, Laura takes recommendation from jen to join in the company again. Now she want to get back with alex like before.

Ana remembered some suggestions given by her friends before, jen used to tell how to cool boyfriend if he was angry. Ana stood infront mirror holding alex gift in hands and said " Alex, I don't want to lose you. I am wrong before I will make it up to you." kissing the hearts in the chain.

" You are already mine alex" with determination in her voice " we will start our relationship and I will make you love me."

Next day ana went to meet alex in king's Company. Ana was waiting and neglected like before. Charles felt sorry for ana waiting for hours to talk with alex. Brenna came from alex office and said to ana " Ms. Khanna , Mr. King was busy he can't meet you."
