Chapter 10 Her Ideas

Ana's pov:

We landed in Maldives at mid night, then Alex driver directly drive us to his place. It is nice place from here, we can view the complete island. I am so tired to observe the surroundings. Alex showed my room, it is next to his room. I went inside place my bag and change to night dress. it was so cool here so I take blanket and cover myself. I am tired without thinking I drifted into sleep.

Next day I wake up at 7:00AM, complete my routine I went out of my room. I hear some sounds and moved in that direction. There alex and another person talking they did not observe me. I think that person may be manager of restaurant he brought recently. Based on their conversation manager explains the pros and cons of the restaurant. Alex listening seriously, by the way that we can say how serious he was about this project. When he explained this project, he told me that it is his dream project, that can satisfy customers on their vacation.

I like his idea the families, couple's, children who came here must return happily. I will try my best to do it.

After long talk manager left and alex stood up and turn around. He saw me and said "Good Morning Ana. I think you slept well last night."

"Good morning alex. I slept fine" I said.

"If you are ready, I will tell staff arrange the breakfast, after that we can leave to see the hotel" Alex informed me.

We had breakfast and left for the work. First, we went to the restaurant it looks excellent but some changes must be required. Then manger came to receive and greet us. Alex introduced me to Manager. Manager explained about previous works and Alex said the changes required to be modified. After hearing that something is lack in the environment. It looks like highly rich but there is something missing in it.

After seeing complete restaurant, I observe some free land surrounded to the hotel. So, I asked alex "Who is the owner of the surroundings free land?"

"The empty you observe here is brought by me before to build hotel but when I hear selling this restaurant, I bought it. So now the land is empty." Alex replied.

"hmm" I hesitated and continued "Can I suggest you something?"

Alex pov:

Ana want to suggest some ideas. "You can Ana. Don't hesitate to share your views" I replied.

"when I observe the restaurant, it looks like high class 5-star restaurant but the environment doesn't feel good. It shows money not peace. Many people want their vacation must be peaceful and remove all their stress. They must enjoy the nature. Maldives is the place for greenery and nature like fresh air, water and beautiful scenery."

"Some customers visit the place must be rich or middle class and some may be families and lovers or couples. All must be not at same place couples need privacy and families having children so divide the area to different sectors like for families and couples and middle and rich."

"For rooms allotted for families must provide requirements like children rooms, games, cartoons etc.., and for couples consider romantic places, decorate the room based like lovely dovely things etc..,."

"For surroundings plant different plants that looks every where must be greenery. Stalls must contain the food and things that represent the specialty of Maldives. Arrange different programs that represent different cultures that having worldwide. Sometime singing and dancing consorts, entertainment shows etc...."

"these things attract people to book in your resort only. Provide all types of food and special foods in Maldives"

"Also, all people cannot afford much price so payments must be some what reasonable so large number of people can enjoy it. These are my thoughts I want to share if you like them you can follow if not don't consider it" she ended.

You must say I am shocked; how can she analyze things in that manner. I never thought in that way.

The way she thinking out the box. I like the idea so I replied "Now I understood how your restaurant is that popular in your area. So, what should I do to apply your idea"?

"I will give you some outline based on that you can apply in your interest" she said

Then she told me in the empty area one side allot it to Families and other half for couples and youth. In those areas construct resorts some for rich and some can be less price so middle people can afford it. In that way same can be applicable to couples also.

Complete day we discuss about how to arrange them. She completely explains me how to arrange. By that I decide to call the constructor to come tomorrow.

Next day planning constructor to listen our ideas, we explain which manner we require our resorts.

On third day she went to different places to learn the culture, that can help to design the rooms and restaurant. After returning, she again starts her like checking the designs and changes if required. She also calls her hotel and discuss about what happening there.

I must say these three days we did not have time to eat freely some times we miss our lunch due to work, but she never asks anything, seriously involves in her work. She is different from others.

If any person come to these places they try to enjoy and spend time for refreshment but see ana she is working more than me. At least I will take some rest but she works up to 12:00 or 1:00 at morning and wakes up by 7:00.

I always impressed with her hard work and passion. Today is the last day to work here. Tomorrow morning, we will take off from here.

At night today is last day, so I want to spend some time relax and feel the nature. So, at night I went to beach I saw ana sat on the sand and thinking deeply that she did not observe me. I sat beside her and greet her "his Ana" I said

She was afraid by my sudden appearance so I said "don't worry this is me Alex you should not worry about anything". After that she free up her self and replied "I am sorry I was thinking something I did not observe you"

"ok what are you thinking" I asked

"nothing some childhood memories" she replied sadly.

"I want to ask you something?" I asked

"okay you can" she replied hesitatingly.

"when I saw your restaurant, the designs look somewhat different and feels like I watch them before at some place" I questioned her.

"designs in restaurant are different. You can never see because those designs contain some Indian culture. There are some arts and pictures of Indian culture and tradition" she replied genuinely.

Now I understand where I watch them, last year I went to India to run some of my business then I saw those pictures there.

"that means you are from India" I asked.

"yes" she replied shortly. By that I understand she doesn't want to talk about those. So, I drop that topic and talk about some things like education when we start our business, how we extend them.

I learn more about her, she came here to complete her graduation in designing. At the same time, she worked in different designing center to earn money. After completing her education, she starts her own business in designing. Then after one year later she starts restaurant.

I am happy first time we chat without any discussions and fight. She also told sorry for that night.

After sometime we went to our rooms, I packed all the things and went to sleep.
