Once I was done with the pancakes, I brought them out to Louis who was sitting at the table typing away on the phone. When he saw the pancakes, his eyes lit up and he looked surprised, "You can cook mate. Now gimme some," he said, and he truly reminded me of a five-year-old. I had to admit he was adorable. I passed him the pancakes and watched how he quickly began eating without letting them cool. He put the first piece in his mouth, and he moaned at the taste before jumping about because of how hot it was. I just sat and watched him with a fond smile. He was so cute. And yes, maybe I was crushing on him a little bit, or maybe a lot.

After we ate, we decided to chat for a while, and I learnt a lot about Louis. I wasn't ready to tell Louis about my past yet and he seemed to respect that which I really was glad of. He spoke about his love for drama and music. That brought back so many memories of me and my love for singing and playing the guitar. I loved music and could sit for hours together listening to random songs or composing my own. I had written quite a few songs before I was kidnapped, and I was part of the school band. It reminded me how much my life had changed, how abnormal it was. As a kid, I wished I could have more adventures in life and now here I am, longing for a life like everyone else's.

I told Louis a bit about my passion for music and he quickly hurried of into his room to bring a guitar. When I asked him if he could play, he told me he couldn't, and that the guitar was in fact his best friend Zayn's guitar. I played a few songs after him requesting me and though I was a bit rusty, it felt great to do what I love. We then decided to head to bed, and he told me I could sleep in the guest bedroom. It felt great to sleep on a proper bed after ages and I didn't even realise when I drifted off into a peaceful sleep.
