Was the water always this cold? I could see the bubbles as I was loosing my air supply. And soon I was submerged within the depths of the ocean as I soon couldn't help but gasp in the salty seawater which quickly gushed down into my lungs. The intense pain I felt was so numbing as a rush of water trickling fast down my throat. I couldn't help but franticly wail my arms at a desperate attempt to grasp the fresh air. Clawing at the water. I didn't want to die. Not like this.
It was as if I was being trapped in another world where I couldn’t breathe or escape. I knew I was going to die even if I didn't want to admit it. I knew no one was going to save me. I could see my tears mix into the vast sea as I could feel my lungs screaming for air, crying out, as my legs and arms around wildly. Reaching out only to grasp nothing. But the longer I was in the water my body got exhausted.
And soon enough, the panic faded into numbness my heartbeat slowed down increasingly along.
'I really should have learnt how to swim.'
That was the last thing I could remember thinking of as my mind went blank and let the sea take me deeper as I watched the light above the sea and I couldn't help but find the shimmering walls of water and soundlessness beautiful as death lurked around the corner.
Silence was all that was left.

And then. By some sort of strange miracle. My eyes opened.
And there i saw. Was a small creature. Staring right at my eyes.
