Harry found Draco not long after. Only, the blonde was crouching behind small bushes as steel eyes peered over the tips, eyeing and looking at something.

"Boo." Harry poked Draco's shoulder, making the other jerk and flinch in surprise.

He whirled his head around, but then quickly glared at the other.

"Harry! You scared the shit out of me!" Draco quietly hissed.

Harry laughed slightly, "Sorry."

Draco pouted playfully before turning his head back to its original position, watching something on the other side of the bush. Harry knelt down next to Draco and looked to where the steely grey eyes were fixed on. Then he caught sight of the thing the elder Malfoy was looking for; a Kneazle kitten.

Harry glanced over to the other male as Draco kept staring at the beautiful white and silver coloured Kneazle kitten as it pawed at the ground, seemingly curious with the soft dirt it stepped on.

The jet-black boy felt his heart and cheeks warm at the slight scene. Never in his life had he thought he'd see his archnemesis be this cute as he swooned over a small little kitten he had stumbled upon. To be quite frank, Harry never thought he would have fallen in love with Draco.

Smirking to himself, Harry felt a lightbulb go off in his head.

Then he grabbed Draco by the wrist and tugged the blonde along with him as he began walking to the Kneazle kitten.

"Harry!" Draco squeaked at the sudden contact.

The Kneazle kitten had caught the attention of the duo and looked up at Harry and Draco, looking rather startled and mewling a small sound of distress.

Draco quickly hid behind Harry, gripped onto the darker haired male's shoulders as grey eyes locked eye contact with beautiful green ones.

"It won't bite." Harry chuckled at Draco.

"No, but it thinks I might bite them instead..." Draco said wearily as he pressed his smaller body closer to Harry's.

Harry felt his cheeks go even hotter as he felt Draco's body pressed up against his.

"Well then, convince it you won't bite them." Harry insisted, but Draco just shook his head.

"I can barely fare well around my own pegasus, you expect me to act well around this adorable little kitten?" Draco retorted slightly at Harry, before nervously glancing at the kitten who hissed.

"Just sounds like someone's a wuss." Harry commented and Draco shot him a glare.

"Oh fucking shut your mouth, moron." Draco clicked his tongue in annoyance, but looked at the kitten who still seemed alarmed and scared.

"So, how do you exactly calm a kitten down?" The blonde questioned.

"I can't believe that actually worked..." Harry groaned and rubbed the bridge of his nose, using the small gaps between the fingers to glance at Draco, who was cooing and practically smothering the small white-silver Kneazle kitten between his arms.

"Well, it just means I'm better at something than you." Draco stuck out his tongue at Harry who huffed in annoyance in return.

A few minutes earlier, Draco had attached a leaf to a stick and began using it as a makeshift toy to lure the kitten in. However, Harry had commented that it wouldn't have worked. After a few tries, the kneazle began to warm up to the toy and began pawing at the leaf until it lept and landed on Draco's shoes who squeaked and managed to not jerk his legs so he didn't kick the kitten away by accident.
