"Father?" Eridan intoned, turning around. The taller Scottish man took a knee and hugged his son. 

"I'vvemissed ya so." He said kissing the younger one's forehead. 

"You only miss someone to hold. You only miss a slavve you owwned." Eridan growled pushing his father away. 

"Son, I'm sorry. I'm better novw lad. I mean it. Please believve me." Orpheus held his son's hand gently.

"Believve you? A all the fuckin people, believve you?! You made my life a livvin hell. I cooked for you! I cleaned for you! I gavve my fuckin body to you! All to make you make you happy! I took care of you just to make you fuckin happy. I took on all a your burdens on top a the shit I wwasgoin through just for you to at least lovve me. I wwentwwithoutevverythin at your expense, an this is the fuckin thanks I get?!" Eridan yelled, tears in his eyes. The room was silent. "I ran awwayan you didn't evven bother to fuckin look for me! You took out your misery of Condesce and Marquise on me!" Eridan screamed, tears overflowing from his eyes. Orpheus looked down, violet eyes dulling from age.

  "Son, Iknovwwwhat I did vwaswwrong. I'm so sorry, son. I should hawvenevver done anythin to ya." Orpheus said. "I feel horrible for vwhat I did. Please forgivve me." Orpheus continued. His thick Irish wavers, begging his son for mercy. Eridan stood firm and unchanging. "I lowve you, my son. I wwouldn't giwve you up for the wworld. Please come back home." Orpheus begged more. Eridan glared with death in his eyes. 

"Iwwillforgivve you, but I wwillnevver forget. Remember that, father." He said with a sigh and grumble in his voice.

Eridan's PoV:

I guess I should tell you exactly wwhy I cannot stand my father.
