1. Lunch Buddies

Millies POV

I watched as Louise walked to school she looked perfect just strutting to school she didn't have anyone to walk with seeing as Tina and gene were off to college, she was so lonely yet she STILL doesn't want to be my friend

Louises POV

I could feel her gaze penetrating me but I chose to ignore it and just continued walking to school till I saw Rudy at the front he smiled and waved me over I jogged up and placed a peck on his lips

L: hey babe

R: hey

Over the years Rudy changed he became more tall, his asthma attacks went down and he gained more confidence, his once dull head was now a mess of Orange hair well it was well combed but I brushed my hand through it destroying it

And yes were dating don't make a big deal out of it or I'll slap you in the face

R: hey!

L: sorry not sorry

He rolled his eyes and wrapped his arm around me and we walked into school suddenly we bumped into some girl

?: o-oh I'm so sorry 

She stuttered in a low voice I was about to go off on her when Rudy gave my arm a squeeze

R: it's fine are you new here

She nodded her head shyly

?: yes can one of you show me around

R: Louise can I have to go

Before I could protest he gave me a kiss on the cheek and left that son of a bitch, she turned to me and smiled she looked a little happy and maybe relieved that Rudy was gone

?: hi I'm Hannah

She stuck her hand out for me I didn't take it

L: um Louise alright let's get this over with

I showed her around the school, the cafeteria, the gym, the library etc we stopped at the science class

L: ok that's everything

M: hi Louise

L: GAH

Millie popped out of nowhere

L: Jesus Millie you almost gave me a fucking heart attack

M: (giggles) oops

H: um who's this

M: oh I'm Millie hi

H: are you guys friends?

She said with a hint of jealousy and anger in her voice this will be important for later

M: BEST friends

L: no we're classmates

M: soulmates

L: acquaintances

M: lunch buddies

L: hmm

I thought about it for a second ehh I do eat lunch with her a lot she's not so bad when she's not stalking me like a psycho

L: ok lunch buddies

M: I'll take it and we'll work our way up

L: don't push it

M: oh you push stuff all the time

H: (clears throat) umm still here 

M: oh I better get to class see ya Louise and umm

H: Hannah

She started rather coldly a confused face crossed Millies face but she shrugged it off and skipped away Hannah turned to me smiling so big I thought her face would break

H: wanna hang out at lunch

L: uh sure

I said before I walked away to class she seems a bit...creepy to be honest and pretty rude but me and Rudy have a bet going I have to be nicer to people if I can do it for a month without cracking HE has to buy me a giant six foot Kuchi kope they make in China

And if I loose he gets to take advantage of the fact that my parents are out of town next month I couldn't help but blush ta the thought

I pushed that to the back of my head and walked to class during lunch I was sitting down eating, Rudy had his arm wrapped around me and Millie was sitting across from us telling us about this funny camp story we were all laughing when Hannah walked up

She frowned when she saw Millie and crinkled her face in disgust when she saw Rudy but we didn't notice

H: can I sit 

M: sure

Millie moved a little to make room for her Hannah sat down and shot me a smile

H: what class do you have after this

M: math

Millie answered before I could answer she memorized my schedule first day of senior year (two weeks ago)

H: well I got to go

She left before we could say anything I turned back to Millie to see her staring at me I jumped a little

M: oops did it again

L; you gotta stop

M: ok I'll see you after school at your restaurant

L: no

M: your bedroom late at night?

L: Millie be happy I'm even talking to you

M: see you tonight

She said and skipped away

L: can there be one exception in the beet

I said turning to Rudy

R: hmm nope

I groaned and he pecked my lips we were both unaware of the eyes watching us but not Millies no no someone ten times worse
