Savannahs POV

"Thank you so much! I promise I won't be a bother" she said in thanks, as she stood up and hugged us both.

She then kissed Jacob on the cheek. To tell you the truth, I was pissed. I growled at her.

"Whoa! You can't do that Jess!" Jacob exclaimed.

"Why not?" She questioned.

"If you haven't fucking noticed, Savannahs' my mate!" he snapped at her.

Her eyes grew wide.

"Oh, shit! I'm so sorry. I forgot to tell you that my senses are all fucked up, so I can't sense anything. Not even whose mates with who, please forgive me!" She pleaded.

I wasn't really sure why she even kissed him in the first place and I am super pissed, but she's Jacobs old friend so I'm going to believe her. For now.

"It okay. I forgive you." I told her. I didn't really want to, but its for Jacob.

"Are you sure. Thank you so much!" she squealed, hugging me. I pushed her off.

"Well, I'm going to get you a room set up. You two ladies can get to know each other" Jacob told us.

"Okey-dokey." Jess said, cheerfully.

"Don't be too long." I pouted.

He smiled and gave me a kiss on the forehead before leaving upstairs.

"I'm so sorry about the kiss thing. Cuz he didn't tell me you were mates I thought you were just another one of his swirl-girls" Jess said, surprising me.

"what do you mean, swirl-girls?" I asked.

"Oh, its just that back in Stoneton, where he lived before moving here, he had a lot of girls he would play around with. None of them knew about it tho. I was one of them" she explained.

The hell is she talking about? Jacob would never do that!

"You seemed confused. Let me make it simpler for you. He would date a bunch of girls at the same time and once he got bored with one, he'd replace them. Kind of a Jerk/ player, if you know what I mean" Jess carried on.

"He would never so that!" I

l exclaimed.

God in was pissed. If she kept going on like this I would probably kill her.

"You don't think so? How much do you really know about him?" she questioned.

"I don't know much about his past, but-"

"but nothing. You don't know a thing about him. I bet you're not even his mate. He just thought you were pretty and made you believe you're his mate." she laughed.

My eyes started to darken my wolf wanted out but I pushed her back.

"Even if that's what he was like back at you're school, it doesn't mean he's the same here." I replied, as calmly as possible.

"Trust me, people never change. That's why I'n the only one who can handle him. So you better leave, before I make you."

"and why should I leave. Jacobs here and I'm not leaving him" I told her.

"You might not want to leave him, but give it a few more weeks and he'll kick you out." she hissed.

"I don't get what you're trying to do, but its clear you're just some bitch, who can't deal with not getting her own way" I said, almost growling.

As soon as those words left my mouth, I was on the ground. Now I was scared.

"Listen to me you little whore, if you go anywhere near Jacob, I will kill you. I will make it look like an accident then comfort Jacob. Then he'll realize that I'm the one he should really be with. Not a dirty little shit, like you. Go near him, and I just won't hurt you, I'll hurt him too. Cuz as you know, whatever pain you feel he feels too. Just like what happened with Harry" She growled, her eyes almost completely black.

My eyes widened.

"How do you know about that?" I asked her, trembling.

"Harry was my mate, and cuz of you, he got killed. I know it wasn't Jacob, but it was all cuz of you that he got killed. If you had just did as you were told, he wouldn't be dead and you wouldn't be in this situation." she explained. "I went through extreme pain cuz of Harry's death, and now its your turn"

We heard Jacobs footsteps from the stairs.

Jess got off me and sat back on the chair. I quickly stood up and went to the fridge.

What do we do?

Kill her?

We cant do that. She's Jacobs friend, if we do there's a chance he'll hate us.

"Back. What's been going on?" Jacob asked me.

I looked at him. I couldn't bare for him to get hurt.

I could either stay and get killed, causing him pain. Or leave which would still give him pain. I was stuck. No matter what I do from now, I'll just end up hurting him.

I felt a tear stream down my face.

"Savannah, what's wrong? why are you crying?" he questioned, taking a step towards me.

I stepped back, and he gave me a confused look.

"What's wrong?"

"its nothing, I just need to think by myself for a while." I told him.

And without even letting him reply, I took my extra nag of clothes and ran of into the forest.
