I got my crown and I got my cape
Now nothing is stopping this beautiful babe,
I left the ground and I'm coming high
So dazzling!
I shine brighter than the sun!
People are thinking that I'm going crazy,
My friends are leaving
They say that I'm falling
But I know my own truth!
I see the whole world in the palm of my hand
No need to fear me now
But if you try and slow me down
I have sparked a fire brighter than the one
That tried to put smoke inside my lungs
I'm breathing it out!
Who says I need you?
Who says you need me?
We both know where you are heading!
You thought I was lazy and freaking you out
But darling I was just rising above the clouds!
Setting my kingdom higher!
It's set above the horizon and when the sun
Shines on me I'll be the greatest thing
To ever live on this Earth!
I haven't let past mistakes stop me now
I didn't let them show me who I would be,
Worthless, ugly, a sad mistake
I write my story and I dance to my beat!
If you wanna leave then go ahead and soar down,
I don't want to hear you calling me out
When I become someone, when I become something
You better walk about!
