I Will Always Love You

~Jewel's POV~

This morning believe it or not, I woke up at seven a.m. I couldn't believe my eyes when I looked at the clock. I got off of my couch and walked into the bathroom for a quick shower. I washed my hair, and shaved my legs, I hopped out of the shower wrapping a towel around my head, and another around my body, before walking into the main room. I walked to my closet pulling out a pair of ripped black jeans, with a black spaghetti strap crop top, and my black spiked high heels. I stood from the couch walking back into the bathroom to do my hair. I blow dried it before running it through the flattening iron, I did my usual make-up routine, putting on a light layer of black eye liner, some mascara, and some nude shine lip gloss. I sat on my couch for a while before I heard a knock on the door, I looked at the time seeing that it was eight-thirty. I got up from my spot, and opened the door to see Chibs standing there. I looked at him and before I could say anything he pushed into the door crashing his lips to mine, kicking the door shut. My arms wrapped around his neck as he pulled me closer, we soon pulled away and his voice came to my ears.

"I let you go once, I'm never letting you go again."

"Chibs..."

"I love you Jewel, and I made a mistake when I let you move in with Spike, I made a mistake when I let you get in that car, I made a mistake when I let you go. The worst mistake I ever made though was letting you go twice, I love you..."

Looked at him with tears in my eyes as he brought his hand up to my cheek. His other arm went around my waist and held me close before he continued.

"Please, don't run away again, please stay with me, give us another chance."

I looked into his pleading eyes nodding my head.

"I love you Chibs, but you should be with someone your own fucking age."

"I don't want someone my own age, hell I want you, you're all I want, I said this all yesterday. I love you Jewel, no one else, I left my wife because I was in love with you."

"Yeah, you left her to be with me only to cheat on me with her."

I moved out of his hold and before he could speak there was a knock on the door. I walked over opening the door seeing David standing there, I gave him a confused look.

"Listen David, now really isn't a good time."

"Are you alright? You look like you've been crying."

"I'm fine David, but like I said now really isn't a good time."

He went to say something but Chibs came over and opened the door so he could look between David and I, before he spoke.

"Is this asshole the reason you can't give us another chance?"

"Chibs, that's not it, I love you, I've always loved you, and I always will."

"Then why can't you give us another fucking chance Jewel."

I looked at David.

"Will you please leave so I can get this shit under fucking control?"

He nodded his head, and I closed the door looking at Chibs.

"When you told me that I had caused you pain and misery, I hated myself, I love you and I never wanted you to ever be in pain or anything. I love you more that life itself but I don't want to hurt you anymore, and I know that if we're together all we'll do is cause each other more pain than what's fucking needed."

He walked over to me taking my face in his hands.

"Being with you is worth all the pain in the world, if we love each other the pain will all be worth it."
