           We were walking back to the pack

"How did you get there before me," I asked because I remembered not hearing any foot sound she just gave me an annoying smile.

"How did you think, I climbed up a tree and chased you from above" she answered so proudly 

"Are you a monkey or wolf?" I asked trying not to laugh but failed terribly, I could see the packhouse from here.

"for the record, Marcus felt you ran because you were ashamed of him being a rogue and all" o my goodness no, why will he think such nonsense, how will I face him now.

Eva opened the door and I followed her in, my eyes scanned the house but I only found my Ark

"He is at the back" mom said, I ran to the back and immediately I reached where he was, he turned and face me, he looked sick and I hugged him and he hugged me back like I could disappear.

"I thought you won't accept me as, "he said sounding so broken, he is so stupid why won't I, the question is why did he want me.

"why, why do you still want me. You everything about me my past and you still want me as your mate, after what Rage did to me, you shouldn't want me, am sorry because you got me as a mate.

"stop, please I don't care about the past you are a strong, brave, and beautiful woman and that's all I want, and I can't trade you for the world," he said holding my face in his hands, I felt loved and wanted and above all, I felt love.

"so it doesn't bother you that I have two kids, which are not yours," I said knowing he might not be thinking all this through.

"No it doesn't, they are lovely children and I will always treat them as mine," he said.
