Life works in mysterious ways.
There are a lot of things that may or will happen without you meaning it to happen. For example, in a different timeline or multiverse, there will be someone who will be summoned to another world. That person will pass and succeed against many hardships and suffering to gain an empire he will soon pass to his little sister in all but blood. In another timeline, that person will then be chosen by a dimension-hopping vampire to become an entertainment for him.
But not this time. This time, there was no one to help him. No one to give him another chance. Or was there?

Where am I?
"Hey, he's waking up."
Opening my eyes, I can see a girl with purple hair, fair skin, and purple eyes dressed in rather strange clothes. Beside her, stood an old man.
"There are better places to sleep than on the beach you know?" The old man said with a smile. Looking down, I saw half of my body being hit by the soft waves of the sea. My clothes were soaked and it felt itchy. Something also got in the way of my sight.
Looking up once more, I saw the old man offer his hand to me. Hesitating slightly, I grabbed his hand and was shocked to feel him pull me back up.
"Thank you." I said to the old man as I looked at them.
"No problem. How come you're sleeping on the ground?" The old man asked as he looked at me.
"I am curious as well." The girl added as she looked at me.
"I... honestly don't remember. All I know is I'm not from here, and I am not sure where I am from." I told them making the girl narrow her eyes and for the old man to hum.
"Oh, in that case." The old man said with a grin. "Welcome to Inazuma, my new disciple!" The old man said with a grin causing me and the girl to look at him in shock.
"What?! Sensei." I heard the girl said. I was gonna ask him more only for my stomach to roar.
"Huh, neat," I said as I picked up a hat and put it on. I didn't miss the looks of mirth from the old man and the slight disgust from the girl.
PoV end.

"Huh? that dream again?" A young man said as he opened his eyes and up groggily.
"Hm? What dream?" A young man with red hair and eyes asked as he looked at the young man.
"Oh, it's nothing master Diluc." The young man said. Looking closely, the young man looked to be around 18 years old. He has black hair, dark eyes, and tanned skin with some patterns on his neck. He was dressed in a pair of black pants tucked into a pair of steel-toed boots, a black shirt with a high collar that hid his neck. He wore a sleeveless dark blue cloak tattered in the tails with black clouds on it with a single pauldron that can be seen on his left shoulder connected to a loose sleeve that covered his left arm. He also wore a pair of fingerless gloves with some sort of padding on the knuckles.
For accessories, he wore a steel bracer that reached his elbows on his right arm, a leather belt with several pouches, and a sheath for a dagger on the side, a purple flower earring connected to a chain that hanged on his right ear. There are also several clear round-shaped crystals hanging on his belt, as well as ten rings, one on each finger.
"Are you sure? You have been having these lapses in your memories for a while now, Ren." The red-haired man said. Diluc is a tall man of lean build with pale skin, red eyes, and bright red hair, worn in a low ponytail that extends to his mid-back. He wears a black dress shirt, a long white vest, and a black ascot with a red gem. Over this he dons a dark brown coat that is adorned with golden trimmings and tassels, ending with black fur trims. He wears black pants which are embellished with chains on his right thigh, while a red crystal, attached to a belt, is settled upon his left thigh. Diluc also wears cuffed, dark brown boots held by multiple buckles, and a pair of black gloves which he has a habit of adjusting. Their palm sides are all red while the backs are black with a matching red diamond pattern
"It's not the wine, don't worry," Ren said with a chuckle, reaching inside his pouch to look for his wallet. Pulling it out, the young man counted the coins needed to pay for the drinks he ordered. Standing up from his seat on the counter, the young man turned his back on Diluc. "See you later, Master Diluc."
Diluc sighed and shook his head at the young man's antics. A small chuckle let out of his mouth as soon as he saw a note between the coins, Ren handed him. Opening it, his eyes widened as he saw the content before hiding it.

Exiting the angel's share, the dark blue-clad young man walked through the bustling streets of the city of Monstatd. Reaching into the pouch on his right thigh, the young man pulled out a steel flask and opened it before downing its contents with a hearty swig.
Stopping as soon as he arrived at his destination, the young man smiled and waved at the official blacksmith of the city of freedom.
"Yo! How's work doing to you, Wagner?" Ren asked with a smile.
"So Chipper in the morning, aren't you?" the blacksmith said while rolling his eyes.
"Of course I am! Now, I'm here for my order." Ren said with a grin while setting down a pouch filled with Mora. Mora, the currency of Teyvat named after the geo archon, Morax.
"I see." Reaching to the side, the blacksmith took out a bundle wrapped in some kind of cloth. Setting it down, Wagner opened the bundle to reveal a rather worn gourd-shaped fan with faded symbols and countless lines. Picking it up, Ren chuckled as he used it to split a steel sword easily. "Thank you for repairing it, Wagner."
"Yeah, yeah. That's another sword on your tab." The blacksmith said with an annoyed sigh.
"If it is any consolation, it was a far better sword than last time." Ren said while tucking the fan on his waist. Chuckling, Wagner took out another bundle. Opening it, Wagner presented a black longbow with a handguard.
