So the point of the shadow work prompts is to bring to light patterns or negative thoughts you have about certain parts of yourself. Once you finish all 30 prompts you should have an idea of these things and you might recognize that they are what's holding you back in life. The next step is to work on changing those negative/beliefs so they stop holding you back.
