As I slept, I had a dream. But more like a nightmare.

I was a kid again, when I lived with my family. I was wearing a heavy winter jacket and my hair was falling in my face. I struggled to get my skates on as snow fell around me. My brother came over to me and helped me with lacing them. He smiled and helped me up. "Alright little brother, the trick to walk over to the lake in skates is balance." He held my hand to help keep my balance. We walked over to a frozen lake, where our mother and little sister were already skating around. My sister was spinning around, trying to make a figure 8 but falling over. She laughed every time she fell over, grinning at us. I got onto the ice and began gently skating across the lake. I walked over to my sister and spun her around. We were laughing and playing around. My step-dad came out from the woods that surrounded the lake and smiled at us. I smiled back at him and spun my sister around and let go, letting her glide farther away from me. She giggled and spun around before looking at me.

Then we heard it.

I sickening crack. My sister. My four year old sister, looked down at the ice. Then, back up at me, fear in her eyes. In a split second, The ice broke open and she fell through. I screamed, my family snapping their heads to me. I quickly glided over to the hole and looked down as bubbles came to the surface.

I shot up from the nightmare and mimed a gasp as tears rolled down my cheeks. A light flickered on and I snapped my head up. It was Oliver. He looked over to me. "Are you ok, Parker?" He asked. I nodded. He looked at me skeptically, turned off the light, then walked off. I mimed a relieved sighed and laid back down. I thought to myself for a while in the dark. I was trying to put the puzzle pieces together. Whisp had the flower crown. I'd been having these kind of dreams lately. And I had been hearing my brother's voice late at night.

I had to go to The Home the next morning. I waved goodbye and walked through a portal Tate had created. I went back to The Home and was greeted by Gun. I smiled and waved at her. I walked to my room and laid down on my carpet, alone with my thoughts. My door burst open as a large St. Bernard dog bound into my room. The dog, Bread Loaf, trotted over to me. She licked my face. I smiled at her and scratched her ears as she barked happily. Gun bolted in and grabbed Bread Loaf's leash. "Sorry Unnamed. I accidentally let go of her leash. I was gonna take her on a walk." She apologized. I smiled at her and gave her a thumbs up. She smiled back and walked out of my room. I got up and walked over to my desk. I pulled out the page of my notebook that I had written my thought of last night and placed it on the pile of paper on the right side of my desk. I got a blank piece of paper from the left side of my desk.

I wrote;
