Chapter 15: Knowledge

Happy flew in the pink coloured sky, holding a tight grip on Raven's arm. "H-Happy, you're kinda making the blood circulation in my arm stop." Raven nervously smiled at her and looked at her arm. "Oh! Oopsie daisy! Sorry, Rae. Just really nervous." She let go of Raven's throbbing arm. The blue cloak girl nodded at her and they both flew pass the different dimensions. They passed by Brave's, Timid's and Passion's. It's been awhile since Raven's actually looked at her personified emotions worlds. To be honest, she was fascinated at how their places looked like. Most would have their favourite colours on them, statues & specific places that related to their emotions.

Now, both ladies landed on a yellow paved path. The place was neat and clean with a few books flying around. "Woah! Watch out!" Knowledge's voice called out from a far. A brown book flew right in between Happy and Raven's heads. Both dodged and had a sigh of relief. Knowledge stood in front of a small house waving at both of them. Her pale hands and yellow cloak wasn't very easy to find against the bright, simple colours surrounding them. Happy squinted her eyes and put her hand above her eyes to make it easier to see. "There she is!" She giggled and, again, pulled Raven towards Knowledge's house.

"Hey, Knowledge. Happy said you needed me." Raven spoke as Knowledge invited both of them inside her dwelling. It was simple. There was a a small bed on the left corner that had a black headboard and golden accents. A window shone above it with winding going through and making the white curtains wave back and forth. She had two whole walls covered in many different books and some lazily placed on the wooden floor. The house felt homey.

"Oh yes! Right. You should take a seat and I'll grab you some snacks." Knowledge pulled out two wooden chairs from the table and they both sat down. "So... what's going on?" The purple haired teen asked worriedly. Knowledge was opening her fridge to take out some cheese. She didn't answer back and brought a tray with cheese, crackers and two glasses of water. "Well.. you know how you're dating Beast Boy now?" Knowledge asked Raven trying not to make eye contact. "Yeah..." She answered back. "Well, you've been having a lot of emotions firing up. And you know what happens if they go out of control." The girl wearing silver glasses and a yellow cloak reminded her.

"Oh, shoot." Raven's eyes widened in realization. "You almost lost control when you danced with him the other night." Knowledge said. "We were already considering going out through your portal to stop you." She added. In disappointment, Raven said, "So you're saying that I CAN'T go out with him?" "Well, yeah. You can. But, you're a bit on the edge of releasing all your emotions." Knowledge replied. "B-but, is there anything she could do about it?" Happy's eyes started watering up as she asked Knowledge. "I'm pretty sure, but, I have to do more research on it." 

"Raven!" Someone was shaking her shoulders and shouting her name. Raven's eyes opened and felt tears rushing down her cheek. "What's wrong?!" Beast Boy asked his beloved Raven hugging her tightly. "I- I can't say." Her lips trembled and more tears were flowing.

This was an "eh" kind of chapter, but I had to update sooner. For some of you who are thinking that I don't care about this book anymore, no, that's not true. Like most of you, I'm a student. I have homework almost everyday and projects I need to finish during the weekend. So, just keep in mind that if i update late, it's normally because of school. Thanks for being patient, ily all!
