Chapter 5: Dominique
During the dinner, Chinno and I kept making eye contact, and I was blushing like a damn idiot! I couldn’t control my smiling, and I kept “accidentally” kicking the bottom of his shoe. After the dinner, my driver was on time to take me to the party. When I climbed in the backseat, I found Ava in the back also. This girl sure enough put on her funeral clothes because she was dressed flawlessly from head to toe.
She was dressed in a pure white V-cut wrap dress. She was giving the vibe of major classiness with a dash of cleavage action. The dress stopped mid-thigh which revealed her long, smooth legs. Ava is the same height as me so that basically says how much leg she is showing. I know Ava used damn near a whole jar of Vaseline or bottle of baby oil just by how shiny her legs were. I looked down at her feet and observed that she was wearing 6 inch nude Christian Louboutin heels. It amazed me that this girl had chosen a pair of shoes that matched her oval nails that were about 5 centimeters long. Her jet black hair was done in a neck length bob with a right part. Her bang slightly covered her eyes.
I studied her face, and noticed that my makeup artist did a slight beat to her face. She wore neutral make up and dramatic eyelashes with a bold red lip. I could tell that it was Ruby Woo by MAC. “Damn girl, I said we were slaying these hoes tonight. I did not say slay me!” I said laughing.
She rolled her eyes and batted her eyelashes. “You know when I dress up, I dress up, and I don’t know why you’re playing. You look good.”
I placed a hand on my hip. “Not as good as you!” I snapped.
“Shut up, you are slaying just like me, hands down!” She yelled giving me a high five. After that, we both paused for a moment then she smiled. “Was he there?” She asked.
“Who?” I questioned playing dumb.
“Bitch, don’t play dumb with me.” She said laughing.
“Who?” I continued with a smirk on my face.
“Umhm, you know who I’m talking about, but I’m going to say his name anyway. Was Chinno there?” She asked again.
“Chinno? Oh, Oh! You’re talking about that rapper guy. Yeah, he was there.” I blushed again.
“By the way you’re blushing, I’m guessing he said something to you.” She smiled.
I laughed at myself for a moment. “The only thing he said to me was ‘hey’, and then for the rest of the dinner we kept looking at each other.”
She laughed loudly. “He was cute, wasn’t he?”
“Cute? Bitch please, that nigga was fine as fuck!” I hollered.
We pulled up to the club to see that the line was long as hell! Ava and I climbed out the car, and told my driver to park wherever and wait. “Do you see this long line?” Ava questioned in shock.
