(Author's Note: This is my favorite chapter thus far. Lol. They are so funny especially Chinno.)
Chapter 10: Chinno
When we were in the air, I noticed that Mini kept looking out the window. This was my dream to be living a great life with a beautiful woman at my right hand. “What you see?” I asked.
She smiled at me then she pointed to the sunset and the clouds. “Isn’t that beautiful?” I asked.
I looked at the sunset then back at her. “It’s hard to tell whether it’s beautiful or not when I have beautiful girl at my side.” I flirted.
She blushed shyly. “Thank you.” She said with her voice a little bit above a whisper.
“Don’t play shy with me. I know you’re not shy. I’ve seen you when you’re drunk, and there’s nothing shy about you.” I smiled.
She looked me in the eyes. “You’re asking to the bad girl side?” She asked surprised.
“Lil’ ma, I know you have to act a certain way for the cameras and your father, but I’m neither one of them. You can be yourself wit’ me.” I responded.
She sighed a sigh of relief. “Oh thank God! I’m tired of living in my damn Daddy’s shadow!” She huffed.
“What you mean by that?” I asked.
“Nobody knows me as Dominique Deoria, the model. Everybody knows me as Dominique Deoria, Sebastian Deoria’s daughter and model.” She rolled her eyes.
“Your dad is a huge man, and you’re one of his offspring. What else do you expect?” I asked.
“I want to be known for myself, you know? I want to make my own title. Everybody knows you as Chinno the rapper, right? Why can’t I be just Dominique the model?” She asked.
“Before rapping, I was nobody. You were born somebody, Mini. It’s more about circumstances than titles. Like your dad told me, the big dogs took risks to get where they are.”
She eyed me for a moment. “Why does that make a lot more sense when you say it?” She questioned.
I shrugged my shoulders and watched as she reached in her purse and pulled out her phone. She opened her instagram app, and pulled up her camera. She leaned in to me and placed one hand on my knee while nibbled on my right earlobe. That made me grin. I stroked my goatee with my right hand as she looked at the camera with a lustful look in her eye. When she snapped the picture, we looked like a legit couple. Even though it hadn’t been planned, we were both wearing black. Her hair was pulled into a messy bun. She put a black and white filter on the picture and smiled at the picture of us. “We make a cute couple.” She whispered.
“Umhm.” I mumbled smiling.
“Are you okay with me uploading this?” She asked.
I nodded my head. “I’m not tripping. That’ll have a lot of people tripping, and it’s a sneak peak to everybody including us on what’s going to change in both of our love lives.”
“What does that mean?” She asked.
“You’re going to be my girl and future wife.” I responded confidently.
She arched an eyebrow and smirked. “Oh really?”
“Hell yeah.” I responded.
“What should the caption be?” She asked.
I smirked. “She drive all these niggas crazy, while I can say that’s all me.” I quoted from one of my songs. “You can put music notes beside it and shit then tag my name.” I laughed.
“I love that song!” She said excitedly typing the song lyrics. “What’s your Instagram name?” She asked.
“You don’t follow me?” I asked surprised.
“I follow you, but I don’t stalk you to know your Instagram name officially.” She responded.
“Better have been following me.” I dared her while smile. I watched her blush. “@theofficialchinno.” I answered as she typed then uploaded.
I checked my Instagram notifications, and noticed all of my fans were showing mad love. I smiled. I wish I could respond to all of them, but I don’t have enough fingers or patience for all that. Shout out to my fans! All of my chis and chinettes are the truth!
I found the picture, and saw that all of her fans were going crazy. The picture had only been up for 30 seconds, and it had already received 14K likes not to mention I was one of the people that liked the picture. Damn. I reposted the picture, and for my caption, I put “Boo” with the heart eyes emoji and the 100 hundred sign. You know when a nigga put the heart eyes or kissy faces under a picture, that shit is mad real! I couldn’t resist putting the 100 sign because I’m a real nigga. *emoji with shades*. For my location, I put “Private Jet Shawty” with a kissy face. I tagged her in it too. @DominiqueDeoria *heart emoji*. I looked over at her. “One day, we’re going to have matching bios.
She cracked up in laughter. “That’s so corny, Chinno.”
“@theofficialchinno and @theofficialchinette.” I joked.
“What will our bios say?”
“Yours screen name will be Mrs. Chi or Mrs.Morris. You bio will say, ‘Mother. Model. Lover. Wife. Sister. Aunt. Friend. Business partner. @theofficialchinno has my heart.’ My bio will say, ‘Father. Rapper. Lover. Husband. Brother. Uncle. Friend. Business partner @theofficialchinette has my heart and bank account information.” I joked laughing.
She laughed too. “You are seriously a handful.”
“Just like that booty.” I smirked.
