*Jack POV*

The night of the dance has come, and so is my and Ryuko's plan. A whole weekend of preparing, setting up things in motion as well as preparing our soon-to-be couple mentally. While Ryuko is getting ready with Pyrrha and Nora in Team JNPR's room, I, Ren, Jaune, and Sun are currently in Team SSSN's temporary room.

Sun: "So... any of you guys had better luck than me?" I look at him with confusion

Jack: "What're you talking about? I told you Blake is coming"

Sun: "Not that. I seriously think ties are just some kind of Grimm who strangles you. Curse that necktrap!"

Jack: "Just loosen it. Nobody says you have to tighten it so much" I meanwhile put on my blazer and sit down "Jaune, how about you?"

Jaune: "Huh? I'm good. It's just" he sighs "You know well what"

Jack: "Heh" I smirk "You need to get over Ice Queen. Listen, what if I told you you have a secret admirer?" Ren smiles at this

Ren: "I'm going out, Nora is waiting" He leaves the room. Sun, kinda awkwardly scrapes his head

Sun: "Yeah... I should be going too! See you later dudes!" he leaves

Jack: "Well, Jaune-Boy, you have a secret admirer. Ever since initiation"

Jaune: "If that's one of your and Ryuko's pranks, then I'm never talking to either of you again"

Jack: "It's not. Ryuko 'overheard' some girl talking about you, all lovely Dovey. I know. Weiss is a beautiful girl, nearly as beautiful as Ryuko, but she's too snobbish, and you deserve better"

Jaune: "So..."

Jack: "During the dance look for a girl in a red turtleneck dress. I'm sure you'll be surprised" I stand up "I should be going too. My Kitten awaits" I grabbed a corsage for Ryuko and went towards Team JNPR's room. On my way I spotted Ruby in her red corset dress, trying to walk in those heels Ryuko bought her

Jack: "Looking good Rubes! See you later!" I run past

Ruby: "Yeah, thanks for the help, Jack" she scoffs and nearly falls "Stupid lady stills!" About five minutes later I got to my destination. I knock on the doors and Pyrrha opens them up

Jack: "Hey firehead. You look stunning" Pyrrha giggles a little

Pyrrha: "Thank you Jack. You look good too. Do you think he will like it?

Jack: "I'm sure of it. Everything is set up. All you have to do is to go there and ask him for a dance. Now, where is my Kitten?"

Pyrrha: "Ryuko is finishing her makeup. She should be out-"

The doors to the bathroom open and out of there walk Ryuko, wearing a maroon knee-length strapless dress featuring a lace illusion on her back which highlights all her curves. Her hair is curled up and she has two thunderbolt earrings on. She has two red silky gloves going to half of her biceps and black fishnet stockings

Ryuko: "I'm all ready Pyrrha, you can go in no-" she cuts herself off upon spotting me

Jack: "Well, well, well... looks like someone put even more effort than usually" I smirk and grab Ryuko's hand in my "You look gorgeous mon cheri~"

Ryuko: "Flatterer," she said under her nose "Why are you here? I told you I will text you when I'm ready"

Jack: "What's wrong with a man wanting to see his girlfriend?"

Ryuko: "I just wanted to surprise you" She sighs "Okay then, let's go"

Jack: "Bah, bah, bah! One thing before" I get the rose corsage and put it on her left wrist "Now, we can go"
