It has been a month they came back.
Sana was whining at the day of return as she wanted to stay there only.
Sidharth promised to take her there again and finally she agreed after a lot of pampering session.
Today Sahana and Rishabh called everybody in Raichand Mansion.
Even Nisha and Kartik was also present as they have came to meet Sana for some hospital work.
Sana was feeling unwell from few days but she ignored because of the excess work pressure.
She was feeling dizzy but she didn't wanted to spoil the plan.
Everybody assembled in the Hall.
Sidharth came back home early as his mother informed about the same.
Once they all settled Rishabh cleared his throat.
Rishabh- Wo um.. Wo..
Sahana eyed him making him gulp in fear.
Rishabh- Wo actually me... Mai or Sa.
I mean Me and Sahana are in relationship and we want to get married.
Everybody was shocked while Sahana was blushing.
But their parents were happy with the decision and Sana was double happy to get her sister in the same house.
Everybody was celebrating the little happiness when Neelam asked Sana if she can bring the sweets from kitchen.
She agreed and went.
When she was coming she stumbled a bit and suddenly she felt down unconscious and all the sweets scattered.
Sidharth saw her and his heart stopped beating for a second.
He ran to her and picked her head on his lap.
His heart beat unusually faster with the fear of something happening to her.
He cannot see her like that not even in dreams.
Sidharth- Naaz, baby get up na. Kya hua hai?
He was shaking her, trying to wake her up when his mother came with a glass of water.
His eyes shed tears looking at her pale face.
He sprinkled water on her face but nothing worked.
He picked her up in his arms and shouted.
Sidharth- Call the fu**ing doctor damnit.
Everybody flinched on his tone but Rishabh immediately called their family doctor.
Nisha and kartik could have helped but they don't have any equipment to check and knowing Sidharth won't tolerate any negligence they couldn't help.
In their room everybody was present with eyes filled looking at his condition.
He was being sitting like a dead near her.
Neelam ji shaked his body to make him come out of the trauma.
He hugged her waist crying miserably.
Sidharth- usko utne bolo na mom, wo kyu aisa kar rahi hai?
Maine kuch nahi kiya ki wo naraaz ho..
Batao na mom usko kya hua?
Mai mar jaunga usko kuch bhi hua to.
She felt her son is breaking from inside.
The doctor came after 15 minutes and told them to go out.
Sidharth denied clearly.
He understood and checked her thoroughly.
He called everyone and they rushed in.
Neelam ji - meri bacchi thik to hai na?
Sudha ji- aap chup kyu hai boliye na kuch.
He smiled.
