Last Time:

They knew she wasn't lying. After all, you couldn't put alcohol into a Poly Juice potion, but they had to play along with Dumbledore's act until the real Rita Skeeter was saved ...

Tom struggled to maintain the bubble he was inside of, but it started to wiggle. His eyes widened and he tried to calm down and focus. For a moment the walls of the bubble became steady, but it soon started shivering again.

"Don't force it." Kathy said as she watched her apprentice.

"Imagine that there's something you treasure in the bubble and water is filling up the room." Tom and Kathy turned to see a dark red goblin in a black suit walking into the room.

The young wizard nodded and closed his eyes. After a moment the bubble became stable. "It's working!' Tom exclaimed and he suddenly became dizzy as the bubble faded. "So close."

Kathy chuckled, "That was perfect actually! You just ran out of steam." She said excitedly and smiled at the goblin. "Are you Grizzlegore?"

"Yes, I am and I suggest we hurry because your Persephone is apparently running her healers ragged." Grizzlegore commented, sounding more amused than anything else despite suggesting they hurry.

Tom nodded quickly as Kathy spelled his clothes dry and handed him his things in a keychain sized bag that hung off his phone, "Thank you, Kathy." He said kindly as he put his dry phone back in his now dry pocket. Last thing you want to do is train with water spells with your phone or school bag on your person.

"No problem, Tom! Now I'll text Brian to tell him you're in your goblin's hands so you should only worry about your troublemaking serpent." Kathy said as her sweet little bowtruckle army came to her side and climbed on her to wave goodbye to Tom.

After waving goodbye Tom followed the goblin out of the pool area, "What's going on with Persephone? Is she ok?" Tom asked rather concerned about his basilisk friend. She could be centuries old, but she can be so stubborn when it comes to her own health. He wasn't supposed that she's been in the sanctuary infirmary for far longer than necessary.

"In all honesty I'm not entirely sure. I was informed that something happened, but it didn't sound like a bad thing. Of course, I couldn't be told too much private information." Grizzlegore admitted as they stopped in front of the floo. With a snap of his claws a clump of green floo powder floated out of the container that was locked in a glass case so kids couldn't just floo away. Since Grizzlegore was by no means underage the glass case opened allowing the clump of green powder to float out and into the fire effectively transporting them away in a flash of green flames. "They did tell me that her room was changed to 342." Grizzlegore remarked as they stepped out of the floo and into the sanctuary lobby.

Tom looked at a nearby sign that showed where the various rooms and where the specialties for each department were. "Ok ... 342." He murmured as they walked through a beaded curtain that scanned them for things they shouldn't have. As a healer at the desk gave them each a check over Tom's eyes found the room on the sign. "Wow! She's in the Hatchery room!"

Grizzlegore looked at the sign as they got approval to go in, "That would explain a lot. Let's go see her."

(Is someone listening?)

'Huh?" Tom froze in place when he heard a tiny voice in his mind.

"Tom?" Grizzlegore asked, wondering why his ward stopped.

"I just heard a voice in my head." Tom said, wondering if he should be worried.

The goblin thought a moment before smirking, "Just now you say ... I wonder if something just hatched in the hatchery.
