I looked at the clock on my nightstand which read 5:35 pm. I was sitting on my desk doing my school work and by the time I finished, I heard my brother walking out of his room and towards the kitchen. I quickly got up and stuck my head out my door. "Mom I'm going out now." Mom looked at Langa before nodding her head. I quickly grabbed a hoodie and my shoes before sneaking out behind my brother. I left mom a note mom and told her I went with Langa so that she wouldn't worry. I quickly and quietly followed behind my brother. He turned the corner and when I did too I saw a skate park. I watched as my brother walked up to a guy with red hair and did a handshake. Soon a couple more people came around. A guy with pink long hair, another with green hair, an old-looking dude with orange hair, and a boy with a cat hoodie on.

I watched with wide eyes as they all began skateboarding together. I watched as my brother attempted a trick and fell. I gasped and made my way over to him, "Langa!" My brother's head snapped over to me before his eyes widened. He quickly stood up and began to frantically check to see if I was hurt. But I pushed his hands away and began making sure that he was okay. "Um, Langa who is that?" My brother looked over at his friends before he spoke up in a monotone voice, "It's my little brother, (M/n). He's five." I brought my fist up and punched his arm, "I'm six, you big idiot. Get it right." He pouted and rubbed his arm while looking away from me. I looked back at his friends before looking at the guy with red hair. I stared at him and he squirmed uncomfortable from the look I was giving him.

"Are you Langa's boyfriend?" Everyone's eyes widened before the guy turned the color of his hair. "I umm I g-guess." He replied stuttering the entire time. I nodded my head, "I approve. Now Langa I wanna learn to skate too, please. I haven't skated since we moved here." My brother paused before nodding his head. I clap my hands happily before we got started everyone introduced themselves. My brother began by teaching me how to balance on the board. Soon enough they all began to teach me a move since they saw how easily and fast I learned what was being taught to me. Just as I was about to practice a move that Cherry taught me Joe pulled me away and tried teaching his move. But before he could he was smacked hard on the back of his head. I stared at the two of them as they glared at each other and silently argued, "Are you two married?" Their head snapped over to me before they spoke up at the same time, "Why makes you think I'd marry that gorilla/pompous princess?"

I shrugged, "You guys remind me of my momma and papa." With that, I walked away and towards Miya. "Can you teach me something too?" I asked. He shrugged and nodded his head. The move he taught me was relatively hard and I kept falling but I continued to try and do it. "You got this." I looked over at the person and saw my brother giving me a thumbs up. I smiled at him and tried the move again and finally landed it. I cheered and almost fell off the board but I continued cheering. They all ruffled my hair and I couldn't help but be happy that I finally had something to do with my brother again.
