A/N: I have no idea how therapy goes, so it probably won't be relatable. If you feel like I'm talking bullshit, please tell me, I'd like to change it then. Thank you!
Also if you personally know me please don't judge me - especially at the end - lol. Btw I was not feeling this chapter, so it's kinda trash sorry lol~~~
Emma sighed as she put her chemistry books in her bag. "Only a few more weeks, then we have exams and then we are finally done," Belle said to her. "Yup," Emma said as she nodded. "And after graduation and stuff," Belle continued, "we can both come out with our partners." Emma looked at her with wide eyes. "Bells! Are you serious?" She knew that Mr Gold and Belle had talked to each other after school on more than one occasion, but she didn't know that they had already admitted their feelings for each other. "You're together?!" Belle smiled widely and nodded. She looked over at Mr Gold, who was staring back at her and smiled at him. "Congrats Bells!" Emma said as she engulfed her best friend in a hug. "We have to go on a double date once!" Belle said. Emma nodded excitedly. "Yes! But after all the graduation stuff." "Of course. Oh and if you feel like it, you can tell Regina about Robert and I," Belle said. "His name is Robert?" Emma asked. "You didn't know that?" Emma shook her head. "By the way, how old is he?" Belle blushed. "Um, don't judge me okay?" "Of course not Belle." "He's... he's thirty-five." Belle saw the wheels turning in Emma's head as she calculated how big the age gap was. Belle chuckled. "He's seventeen years older than me," she said, biting her lip nervously. "That's okay, I accept you," Emma smiled. Belle sighed in relief. "Thank you." Emma looked at the clock. "We should get going, we don't want to be late for maths."

Emma and Belle went to Belle's after a long day at school. "Hi mom, we're home!" Belle called as soon as she had opened the door and walked in, Emma following her. "Hi honey!" Belle's mother called. She went to the hallway and saw the two girls. "Hi Emma, nice to have you here again," she greeted her. "Hello, it's nice to be here again," Emma smiled. "We're just gonna be studying," Belle said as she hugged her mother and led Emma to the stairs. "That's fine, good luck!"

"Je suis satisfait des résultats des tests effectués means I am satisfied with the results of the tests performed," Emma said to Belle, who was quizzing her. "Yup! Very good Ems!" Belle said. "You know it so well! We've been studying for a long time, wanna go get something at Granny's?" Emma nodded. "Sure! After that I'm gonna have to go home tho, it's nearly 4 p.m. and I have to be somewhere at 5." "Alright," Belle said, "we'll just get something small. Shall we?" Emma nodded and the girls stood up. They put on their jackets and shoes and went to Granny's. After they'd ordered an iced coffee, a green tea and two pieces of cheesecake, they chatted. "So, how are things between Robert and you?" Emma asked. "Things are going great! Sometimes we call each other. I have such good conversations with him," Belle answered. "We just really understand each other, you know? I really like him." Emma smiled. "I'm glad." Granny came with the drinks and snacks and the two girls smiled and thanked her. "How are things between you and Regina?" Belle asked as soon as she was gone. "Good, although we haven't really met up anymore since two weeks ago, I miss her," Emma said. "Then you should make plans with her!" Belle said. "We're both pretty busy with school, I don't think she'd be okay with that right now," Emma said. "Well, you can always go to hers or yours and work for school. That way you'll still be with her," Belle suggested. "That's actually a pretty good idea," Emma said. She drank the last bit of her iced coffee and took a bite of her cheesecake before she grabbed her phone to look at the time. "Oh shoot, I need to get going Bells. Was fun, see you tomorrow!" she said to Belle as she put on her jacket, ate the last bit of cheesecake and stood up. "See ya, was fun!" Belle said back.

Emma arrived just in time for her therapy. The door opened and her therapist, a nice woman named Ellen, came out of the room. "Hello Emma," Ellen greeted her, "come on in." Emma stepped inside the room. Once they both sat down, Ellen grabbed a notebook and a pen. "How are you feeling today, Emma?" she asked. "I'm feeling okay. A bit stressed because of exams, a bit... well... all the memories, you know?" Emma said. She'd been going to Ellen for the past few weeks, so she was starting to get more comfortable around her. They'd never really discussed Emma's childhood, but Ellen knew that Emma didn't have a good upbringing. Ellen nodded in understanding. "Do you want to talk about something in your childhood today? Could be anything you want. If you're not comfortable, you know you don't have to talk about it." Emma looked at the ground in thought for a few moments, before she looked up at Ellen again. "I um... I want to talk about a good part of my childhood," she said. Ellen nodded. "So... When I was around eight years old, I got fostered by this Italian woman and American man. The woman's name was Amanda and the man's Steven. So Amanda loved cooking and baking. One thing I can really remember is when she was making pizza. She had all the ingredients out and was about to start when she looked at me and asked if I wanted to help. I said yes. We mixed the ingredients for the dough while she put on Italian music. Steven was outside chopping wood because there was a fire pit in the backyard and we would sit there after dinner and roast marshmallows. Anyways, after the dough was made and spread out on the pizza peel, Amanda let me spread the tomato sauce on it and we put all sorts of toppings on there. We had pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, olives, mushrooms, bell peppers... She let me eat some pepperoni and we put the pizza in their pizza oven. It tasted delicious! After that, we went outside and sat around the fire. Steven told funny stories while he roasted marshmallows for us. They were amazing. When it was way past my bedtime, I got in bed and Amanda held my hand lightly - I didn't like touch back then - and they softly sang a song to me. It was such an amazing family," Emma said. Ellen had written down some things during the story and looked up at Emma as she had written the last thing down. "They sound so nice. Were you with them for long?" she asked. "I can't really remember," Emma said, "all I know is that Amanda became ill and they couldn't take care of me anymore." "I'm glad you had such a good time though," Ellen said. Emma nodded and smiled.
They kept on talking for a bit longer until it was time for Emma to go home. "See you next week Emma," Ellen greeted her. "Bye," Emma said as she walked out the door. She walked home and when she got there, she greeted her parents and headed upstairs. Sitting down on her bed, she took out her phone and started typing a message. "Hey Gina," it said, "I was wondering if you'd like to meet up some time? We can just study and work for school if you want." Emma hesitated for a second, but typed anyway: "I miss you." She sent the message before she'd overthink too much and delete it.

Emma had been studying for half an hour, when she checked her phone. She saw a message from her girlfriend and opened it quickly. "That sounds wonderful. I miss you too," it read. Emma smiled. She asked when and where and got a reply quickly. "Tomorrow, mine?" "Yes," Emma sent back. "What time?" "You can come any time after 8 am." "Great, see you tomorrow! :)" "Until tomorrow dear ;)"
Dinner that night was delicious and Emma played a game with her parents after. They played for a few hours before they were all getting pretty tired. Emma did her night routine and slipped under the covers of her bed. She quickly fell asleep.

Emma woke up at 7 when her alarm went off. She yawned and rubbed her eyes before she went downstairs and made breakfast for herself. After she finished eating it, she went upstairs and got dressed. She grabbed her phone and her bag filled with stuff to study, before she went downstairs and put on her shoes. It was just before 8 am when she shut the door behind her and started walking to her girlfriend's house. When she came there, she knocked on the door and Regina opened it. "Good morning," Regina smiled. "Hi," Emma greeted back. She walked inside and hugged her after she'd closed the door. "How are you today?" Regina asked. "I'm okay," Emma smiled. "How are you?" "I'm good, thank you. Would you like something to drink?" Emma nodded. "I'd like a glass of water, please." She followed Regina into the kitchen. Regina made the drink for her and watched her as she took a sip. It was a little uncomfortable. "So... um," Emma began, wanting to break the silence. "What do you want to do right now?" Regina shrugged. "We could work for school?" Emma nodded. "Sure." She sat at the island for a little longer, before she sighed and said: "this is ridiculous." Regina looked at her with a questioning look on her face. "What is?" "This, me and you being right here together but it's a little uncomfortable because we don't know what to say and stuff," Emma said. "So I'm gonna try and make it less uncomfortable." She stood up, walked towards Regina and kissed her on her lips. Regina instantly cupped her face with both hands as she kissed back. Regina opened her mouth a little to lick at Emma's upper lip, silently asking for permission to push her tongue in Emma's mouth. Emma opened her mouth as well, silently giving permission. Regina slowly pushed her tongue in, giving Emma the chance to break the kiss. She didn't and Regina's tongue got inside Emma's mouth, against hers. Emma moaned softly and blushed in embarrasment when she heard the sound. But then Regina moaned as well and Emma ended the kiss abruptly, staring at her in shock. "What's wrong?" Regina asked. "That was the most amazing sound I have ever heard in my entire life," Emma said. Regina blushed a bit and chuckled shyly. "Thank you my dear," she said. Emma blushed at that and hid her face in Regina's chest as she wrapped her arms around her. Regina chuckled. "You like being called my dear?" Emma nodded. Regina kissed the top of her head. "Alright, I'll use it more often then."
