Virat's eyes shined with happy tears as he saw Sai opening her eyes slowly. He stared at for a second till she completely opened her eyes and then placed kisses all over her face, ofcourse except her lips.
V- Sai, finally tumne meri baat sun hi li....
He exclaimed relieved, holding her hand. Sai stared at him and took back her hand with a jerk. Virat looked on at their parted hands, confused.
S- Aap....aap kaun ho?
Sai asked, shocking Virat. He shifted back a little on the stool that he was sitting on, but then managed to speak to her.
V- Sai... mein tumhara... Virat sir....
He fumbled, scared at the chances of her not remembering him. Sai started looking here and there.
S- kaun Virat? mein yahan kya kar rhi hu? aap mujhe kahan lekar aaye hai?
V- Sai.... Tum mujhe bhul gayi?
S- Aahhhh....mera sar dard kar rha hai...
She cried holding her head with her wire injected hands. She tries to sit on the bed and Virat helps her to get up and lay back on the bed. He places a few pillows behind her.
V- Sai, aaram se....
Sai kept staring at him.
S- Aap kaun ho? (She asked him again)
V- Sai me... tumhara Pati hu! (He said, hoping that she would remember now)
S- Ohh............Kya? (She turned and looked at him with wide eyes)
V- Haan Sai, tumhe kuch bhi yaad nhi? (He asked in a low voice)
S- Haan haan haan......Mujhe kuch yaad..............nhi aa rha....
V- Sai yaad karoo... (He pleaded in scared voice)
S- Haan... aap...aap wo ho naa...
V- Haan tumhe yaad aa gya na... (He said with a sudden small smile appearing on his lips)
S- Arey...haan aap woh ho na... (She said still thinkin)
V - woh kaun Sai?
S- woh....
V- Ye woh woh kya kar rhi ho? batao na.... (He said in a irritated voice)
S- arey aap woh KJ ho na.... (She said with a sarcastic smile)
V- KJ...? (He thought for sometime and then realised).... Khadoos jasoos?
He asked with narrowed eyes. Sai burst out laughing.
V- tho tum mazak kar rhi thi?
S- Ofcourse KJ!!! (She said still laughing)
V- Sai tumhe pata bhi hai, meri jaan nikal gayi thi....vese bhi tumhe is halat me dekhkar mera kya haal ho rha tha sirf .... sirf me hi jaanta hu ... upar se tum bol rhi thi ki tum mujhe bhul gyi...tumhe pata bhi hai... me kitna dar gya tha...
He says in a little annoyed and angry tone. Sai feels sad of hurting him unknowingly, and pulling up this joke when he was already tensed and worried.
S- I am so sorry Virat sir....mein toh sirf mazak kar rhi thi....aur vese bhi me aapko kese bhul sakti hu??
V- kyu me itna important hu tumhare liye? (He asks with a slight smile on his face that replaced the annoying one)
S- Ofcourse... aap toh bohat important ho na mere liye...Aaba ke baad aap hi toh ho jo meri jine ki wajah ho....mein zinda hu to aapke wajah se aur aapke liye hu.... I... (She realises what she was going to say and stops)
V- haan haan bolo.. tum ruk kyu gayi?(he asks her grinning widely)
S- me...me...woh me... kuch nhii...
She shutters looking everywhere but Virat and then starts coughing. Virat immediately takes a glass of water and makes her drink it.
V- aaram se...
Both were looking into each other's eyes as Virat stood close to Sai in the process of drinking water. He settled back and asked her.
V- Sai...tum theek ho na?...Doctor ko bulau? (He asks standing up again)
S- me thik hu virat sir... aap bhetiye na... me thik hu...
V- mujhe na tum par bohat gussa aa rha hai... (he says sitting back)
S- Ji kyu? (She asks pouting)
V- woh isliye kyunki tum bohat careless ho.. jab mene tumhe upar sone ko kaha tha to tum neeche kyu aa rhi thi? (He scolds her)
V- Tum isi layak ho... mene jo sawal kiya hai uska jawab do!
S- me to so hi rhi thi, par jab aapko chilate hue suna to neeche aa rhi thi, ye jaanne ke liye ki kya hua!
V- Ohhhh..... phir bhi galti tumhari hai... tum aaram se dheere dheere aa sakti thi na...
S- Meri galti hai? (She asks raising her eyebrows in disbelief and pointing towards herself)
V- Aur nahi to kya?...tumhe pata bhi jab tumhe sidiyo ke paas dekha, tab meri kya haalat ho gyi thi...kitna khoon beh gaya tha... meri toh jese jaan hi gayi thi tumhe aese dekhk.....
He stops as Sai immediately hugs him carefully wrapping her hands around him and laying her head on his shoulder. She smiled with tears seeing so much concern in her husband's eyes for her.
Virat hugged her back and kissing on her hair, made her lay down back comfortably after two minutes.
V- tum ruko me sabko bata ke aata hu ki tumhe hosh aa gya....sab bohat pareshan honge!
S- Sab? (Sai asked holding his wrist as he was about to go)
V- Haan.... Sab! (He declared blinking his eyes in assurance)
Virat came out and informed everyone that Sai is okay now and she has gained consciousness. All family members get happy and feel relieved.
Virat asks everyone to go back home and take rest and they can meet her tomorrow, as Sai needs rest now. And only he will stay back with her.
A- Godu....
V- Haan Aai? (Virat replies turning back as he was about to enter the room)
A- Tu Sai ka dhyaan rakhna....me tum dono ke liye ghar ka khana bhijwa dungi....wahi khana aur Sai ko bhi ache se khila dena....
V- ho Aai...(He agrees smiling at her care)... aap log bhi ghar jaiye aur aaram kijiye...me hu yaha!
Ashwini smiled and patting his cheeks, leaves from there. Virat goes inside to Sai. _______________________________________
