constant comments and compliments followed you three as you continued your patrol hours with hawks and tokoyami. you had to be honest, it took some getting used to once people began to recognize you while on the train or walking to the convenience store. but, hearing about how people admired your work and thanked you for keeping evil off the streets was a constant reminder of why you wanted to be a hero in the first place.
back in america, you were a witness to constant acts of violence about every day. usually it was gang violence, bullying, and especially racism. while you were growing up, there was an insane shortage of heros in america, so pointless crimes would go unpunished all the time. you wanted to do something about it.
your plan was to go the most prestigious hero school in the world, u.a high., become a hero and then come back to america. but after all might's retirement, america finally tightened up and there was soon more and more american heros as the days went by. so, you figured that staying in japan wouldn't hurt after you graduate.
"ha, thanks you guys. ladies," hawks gestured to the small group of women that were near by swooning at him. he sent them a simple wink, making them go crazy over the winged hero. you couldn't blame them though.
"they really do love you huh?" you chuckled.
"hey, what can i say?" hawks shrugged cockily. "looks like i'm not the only one with fans though," hawks pointed in the other direction where a group of guys that were very clearly ogling at you. one of them was actually slightly drooling.
couldn't blame them either though, you looked very good in your hero costume. it fit all of your dips and curves, while still giving you the space needed to breathe and be agile. the (f/c) cat suit was custom made for you and is a well known site in the area that you usually parole the streets with hawks and tokoyami, specifically the decorated four claw marks on the center of your chest.
those four claw marks were something like your trade mark. anytime someone was to mention the black panther hero: panthera, those four claw marks and that beautiful face of yours is the first thing people remember. especially for the small amount of merchandise and fan art that has been floating around recently.
