My first day

--Your POV--

As I reached the school I saw that there was a HUGE mansion sort of building behind a pair of huge, iron gates. "Its huge isn't it?" I heard a voice right beside me out of the blue. I yelped and turned towards the culprit only to see a girl of about my age (17 years :D) with a pair of brown eyes, long chocolate-brown hair tied into a braid wearing a light blue zipper, dark blue jeans and a white shirt. "Oh you scared me. And yes this is kinda huge" I said to the unknown girl, just trying to be a little bit friendly. "Hi I'm Varsha, but you can call me Vj" she said while extending her hand out to me. "Uh, Hi I'm (y/n) and you can call me whatever you want" I said while shaking her hand. "Are you new here?" she asked. "Yeah I just shifted to this place yesterday" I said while walking with her. "Then I might be your first friend here? Haha yes! Take that Hic! I won!" she yelled out to nobody. "Oops. You might be thinking I'm weird. Sorry, come I'll show you around since there is time left before the classes start" she took my hand and dragged me to the school.

"Umm hey Vj" I asked her when we stopped. "Yeah?" "I first have to get my essentials from.. Somewhere.." I forgot to ask mother from where to get the books from. "I know 'cause that's exactly where I'm taking you." She dragged me to the corridor and lead me to the Reception. "You'll get your time table and all the stuff you need from there. Just tell that you are new and hand him the receipt. You have a receipt right?" Vj said. "Yeah" I replied and went towards the counter. As I reached there I saw a fat man, around his thirthies sitting on a chair and talking with the other receptionist. "Um excuse me. Yeah hi I am (y/n) (y/l/n) and I am a new comer" I said and handed him the receipt. He nodded and smiled and said, "Ah yes new comer. Please follow me." I followed him to another room and he gave me a bag and a piece of paper. Pointing to the bag he said, "These are your books" and then pointing to the paper he said, "And this is your time table. Have a great day child" And smiled. I smiled back and headed to the place where I last saw Vj. I saw here standing there, tapping her foot. "Ah you're back! Did he give you your time table? Can I see it?" she asked as I approached her. I simply nodded and handed her the paper.

"Oh my gosh what a coincidence, we have all the classes together! After zero hour we join the rest of the group" she said happily. "The rest of the group?" I asked her not knowing half of what she was taking about. "Oh you'll see" she said. Then the bell rang signaling for the students that they had 10 minutes left to get to their respective class. 'I think I just found my first friend' I thought in my mind.
