You had just come back from a family gathering, it was a 5:00 am and you were exhausted. You instantly fell asleep when you got home and woke up at 7:00 PM. You didn't realize that Noah had been trying to FaceTime you the whole day, and during the gathering too. When you woke up, you saw all of Noah's Miss calls. You had left him on delivered for a whole 24 hours. You quickly realized what happened and called him. It took 3 calls for him to finally pick up.

"What do you want?" He said in a blunt tone

"I'm sorry Noah, I just realized you were trying to call me for hours. I came back from a gathering and fell fast asleep, I just woke up." You replied rapidly.

"oh really?" He grunted

"Really"

"You know what Y/N, I don't know if I can trust you on that. You did this twice these past two weeks, and it's always been the same excuse." He said lividly.

"I know... I know, I've been distant." You defeatedly said.

"If something's wrong, just tell me." he said

You're manner changed, and you started getting resentful.

"Noah, you can't expect me to be talking to you 24/7 all the time" you remarked.

"oh yeah?" he uttered with a laugh

"yes."

"that's not what I'm expecting of you my pretty girl. I just want us to communicate more, that's all there is to this." He said, his tone a little lightened

You loosened up a bit, and told him that was alright, but he hung up out of nowhere. You tried to call him back, but he wouldn't answer.

The next day, he came over. When you opened the door, you looked at him shocked. He had flowers in his hand. He handed them to you and sighed.

"We've been dating for 5 months already, and I'm so lucky to have you Y/N. I don't want this to end. I'm sorry for my outburst yesterday, I understand where you are coming from." He said passionately

"I'm sorry too, Noah. I understand the way you felt. Can we forget about this and focus and getting better?" You responded

"Of course my girl."

He took you out and you enjoyed the rest of the days.
