Fatima's P. O. V.

I woke to the sound of different voices asking me to open my eyes, and some asking me if i can, at much struggle with my body i did open my eyes but to a shining light which was later turned off, i saw lots of doctors, i observed my surrounding and saw i was in a hospital, the doctors introduced themselves asked me questions on where i was feeling pain they did some test on me before declaring me healthy am really a fighter they said, i was really happy to be back and alive, the nurses help me sit up right with the aids of some pillows they left and my hubby Abbas came in i looked at him and saw him smiling i was surprise to see him smiling.

When he got closer he ask how i was which i answered, i  was shocked when he asked me who he was i had to ask if all is well before he could reply, i saw zahra, my mother  -in-law coming into the room zahra screaming saying finally she's awake, Abbas scolds her and told her to hold me gently.

I greet Mitty and she asked of my well-being while i was responding Khalifa his wife and my brother came in, i was happy to see them, my brother scold me for keeping them all in worries and suspense,  i laughed and said am not going anywhere rabbi came with a basket, she dropped it to hug me it was a lovely moment we chatted, ate, video call with the girls and the doctors also checked on me to know the progress of my health,  i was baffled on how Abbas has being clingy and supportive i was discharged few days later, the doctor instructed i come back after a week for check  up and to remove the cast Abbas promise to bring me back.

We got home and everyone kept telling me what happened while i was asleep, zahra told me how Abbas couldn't leave my bedside for a minute which was surprising to me, some of my customers kept calling and asking of my health, Mr Biodun and his wife also came to visit Mitty zahra, and my brother stayed with me for a week and all through the week Abbas didn't go to work until Mitty insist he goes to work, he refused at first she threatened him of taking me to Kano with them only then did he agree on going back to work, he kept calling any little time he got to check-up on me to know if i have eaten or not, i was surprise but i figured  he might be acting because his family and my brother is here.

At the end of the week he took me to the hospital, the doctor removed the cast gave me crutches to support me while walking,  they told me to book a physiotherapy session with them to aid my recovery process which Abbas did, Mitty zahra and my brother went back the next day, i miss them i was in the room when rabbi came to keep me company we chatted about everything and anything, while gisting i heard my phone ring rabbi passed it to me it was Abbas am surprised, i thought maybe he's wants to tell me some guest are coming i pick up at the last ring after exchanging Salam he asked how i was, i replied am good he asked about my well-being i replied, he ask what i need when he's coming back so he could get it for me, i told him nothing he said nothing is not anything i had to double check my phone to be sure am speaking with Abbas, he said hello are you there i replied yes i can hear you i don't need anything thanks he said okay bye.

I dropped my phone and discovered rabbi is no longer in the room am shocked, why is Abbas doing this did anything happen while i was unconscious, did my parent question or threaten him or did his mom blame him for everything his he guilty of his action? who's going to answer my questions i shrugged and came to a conclusion to avoid Abbas at all cost because he might be planning something bad now that am weak while having different thought i slept off.

I was woken by someone knocking at the door i stretched and asked the person to come in, it was rabbi she greets me dinner is ready and your husband is waiting for you at the dining table she said, i told her to bring my food but that's after Abbas leaves the dining area, for now she should tell him am asleep.
