Horses are all I think about. Horses were the only thing I truest love when I was little besides my mamma daddy and Payton. They were my get away. Whenever I saw a horse all my worries and stress flew out of my mind and body the second I see them. The second I put my foot in the stirrup I had a smile on my face. Now it wasn't just mamma daddy Payton and horses that I loved. I also loved Lucas now also. It was crazy I could feel all this in less than a day. It's crazy I go from mourning my daddy's death, to screaming at a doctor, to commuting my love to the one and only Lucas Lily. I know what you might be thinking "Lily? Is that just a nickname for his last name or something?" No. I know it's weird but it's his last name. Then to going on a trail ride/picnic date with him. Two things I love the most at one time.
I quickly change in to my bell bottom jeans and second favorite flannel since I can't find my first favorite. And slip on my boots a cowgirl/cowboy hat. I quickly decide that I'm gonna take Spartan as my choice of horse today. He was personally me and my daddy's favorite out of them all. With Gypsy and Colton not far behind Spartan.
I run down the stairs so fast I almost fall over my own two feet. I walk into the kitchen and ask hereta our top maid in the house who makes awesome BLT club sandwiches. When I say awesome I mean awesome. I also ask for two of them with watermelon, chips, and some waters and to put them in a basket. She smiles at me politely. "Of course dear anything for my favorite person other than my son!" She says so kindly. "And that's why your my favorite!" I tell her "When you see Lucas walk out tell him to grab the food basket." I state walking out the kitchen to go tack up Spartan but then I walk back in to ask what horse he needs tacked up. After going back and forth between on weather or not I was gonna tack his horse up for him finally he says, "Fine you can do it. I'm gonna go with Gypsy because my guess is your taking Spartan!" He says sounding so sure of him self. "And how would you happen to know that?" I ask sharply with a smirk on my lips. And by that he knew he was right shouting out, "I knew it. WOOOOHHH(Rick Flair moment if you don't know who that is then omg I don't know how!)"
