as planned ari and nina spent some time together. this got zayn and harry out of the house to this beautiful restaurant.

harry gasped when the waiter showed them to their table. they were right on the roof away from everyone.

zayn wanted the best for harry. of course harry told him it was too much and he didn't deserve all this but zayn shut him up with a kiss.

the date consist of them laughing and just getting to know more about each other. harry definitely enjoyed himself.

once they got back to the hotel room they got into the hot tube.

harry's body felt so relaxed.

"you enjoying yourself over there my love?"

harry hums.

"always when im with you." harry blushes.

"that's good. you deserve it." zayn states as he grabs harry and wraps his arms around him.

"i love you, zayn. you really didn't have to do all this but you did. this really is amazing."

zayn kisses the side of harry's head.

"i told you. i wanted you to have a break. give your brain time to rest."

"i really appreciate it."

"which is why it's gonna be easier to tell you this."

"tell me what?"

"im gonna help your mom."

harry frowns before turning around.

"what do you mean?"

"i found the best rehabilitation for her. once we get back she'll be picked up and headed that way. you can stay with me and ari. we can sell your house and once your moms better i can find her an amazing place. it'll be good for you both."

harry shakes his head.

"zayn, we can't do that."

"we can and we will baby. no more stressing."

"zayn- my mom, she needs me. i can't just leave her to fend for herself. i-i promised id be there for her."

"harry, you did your part baby. you grew up before you even needed to. it's time to let someone else take the weight off of your shoulders. they'll take good care of her if that's what you're worried about. and you can visit her any time you want but you can't take care of her and go to college at the same time. im sure high school was stressful enough. imagine going to college and dealing with your mom. you—look i know ari isn't planning on staying in the dorms. she never really wanted to but she wanted to for you. at first i didn't understand why you wanted to go but now i get why baby. you wanted to escape. now neither of you have to do that. you'll stay with us. we'll fix up one of the guest rooms for you and you can stay there until you're ready to tell ariana. just—im not saying we have to do it that way, but i would love if you thought about it, okay?"

harry just nods as he leans into zayn. zayn kisses the top of his head before the two finally got tired of the hot tub and decided to go to bed.

"i know i promise sex but i am an old man after all." zayn chuckles.

harry laughs as he cuddles up to him.

"it's okay. i prefer to cuddle you anyway. we had a long day and i got a lot to think about."

zayn sighs.

"i didn't mean to spring this on you baby. i just want you to live your life now. it's time to live your life."
