As I stepped my feet in the office, I immediately felt cold stares. I scanned the faces inside the office and saw that Kim Mingyu is sitting comfortably––but his gaze is calm.

Ah, it's a company meeting for the movie.

I took a sit beside Yumi, just across Kim Mingyu, pero hindi man lang ako binati ni Yumi––which I found odd. This is not her.

Oh, there's an iced coffee with my name on it. I'm pretty sure it's mine. Tiningnan ko rin ang iba kung may coffee sila, and found that Mingyu and his manager also have theirs.

"Okay, so everyone's here. Let's start with our agenda for today." the head director started and discussed about the project, while I drink this beloved iced coffee of mine.

At first, it was all about the movie, not until Mingyu's manager butted in.

"What about the dating issue? Aren't we supposed to give a statement about it?" she said.

Dating issue of whom? In a relationship ba si Mingyu at naissue sila ng girlfriend niya? I am totally clueless in here.

"Why don't the two of you pretend to be dating?" Yumi suggested.

Since I am not listening attentively, bigla nalang akong nagsalita before drinking up the ice on my cup of iced coffee. "Who's pretending to be dating?"

"You and I." Mingyu answered while looking at me.

Bigla ko namang nalunok ang yelo mula sa iniinom ko. Medyo may kalakihan 'yon ah. Nakakahiyang mabilaukan sa harap ng production.

"S-Sorry, what?" I guess, they're just playing prank on me since I arrived late.

"Well, maybe we can release a statement that the two of them are already dating." the head producer said. "It will boost up our upcoming movie if their fans knew that they are an offcam couple."

Wait, what?

"Why are we pretending to be a couple, anyways?" I asked. Hindi ko alam kung bakit kailangan naming gawin 'yon? Is it just for the sake of the movie? The heck?

"You see, my dear, you two went out to chill, not thinking that you're hot celebrities in the eyes of netizens, especially nowadays. The rumors of you dating each other is spreading swiftly in the social media. Here's the proof." Mingyu's manager explained and showed me an article about Mingyu and I allegedly "dating".

Is this about sa paglabas namin last time? Sabi na eh. I shouldn't have agreed on it in the first place.

"Why can't we just turn down the rumor. It isn't true anyways." I told them. Wala naman talaga kaming relasyon and it's freaking me out.

"Why don't you both pretend to be a couple until this movie ends?" the director casually talked as if it is a great idea.

"I'm okay with it." Mingyu said and took a sip on his iced coffee.

Surprisingly, Yumi clapped and giggled. She was so serious the whole time, tapos bigla siyang magdidiwang nang pumayag si Mingyu? She's insane.

"It's settled then!" the head director said then dismissed the meeting saka naunang umalis.

Yumi and Mingyu's manager went out of the conference room right after the production blast off.

I was left dumbfounded on my seat. Hindi man lang nila hiningi ang opinyon ko. I can't believe it!

Napalingon ako sa gilid at namataan si Mingyu na nakangiti. What is he laughing at? Nakakatuwa bang pagkaisahan ako?

I stood up and faced him. "You know what? I fucking hate you even more."

"I love you more." he said while smiling like an idiot.

Inis na inis naman akong umalis. Nakakabwisit!
