Ch.1 Hurt

■3rd Person POV■
Matsukawa and Y/N have been together for two years. He loves her so much, but lately, his heart wavers for another.

A woman she met at the funeral house. She came for her friend's funeral and there when the two met.

It's been two months since Matsukawa start seeing this woman named Mayuki. He doesn't reply to Y/N's text as often. He didn't see her that much either and told her he's busy when she wants to meet him.

Knowing how the sweet girl hides her disappointment and always says "it's okay, stay safe Issei" suffocated him. The guilt keeps on piling, not knowing when his love for her reduces.

He looks at the photo of Y/N and him on the side of his bed. The face of her happy face as he holds her in his arms. Just then the bell rings and Matsukawa's heart races.

Matsukawa: shit...

He puts the photo in his drawer before welcoming his guest. The guest that makes his heart race just like when he was with Y/N.

Y/N has just finished packing the hamburger steak that she made, Matsukawa's favorite food. She wants to tell Matsukawa that she passed her final project and will graduate from college next month. happily takes her phone and sends a chat to him.

Today Y/N wants to see him after two weeks of not meeting him and decided to come to his apartment. Matsukawa is "busy" with Mayuki and didn't check his phone, not knowing that Y/N will come.

Y/N: will Issei be happy? I miss him...

Y/N walks out of her house happily. Hoping to see the man that she loves, the man that she met two years ago at a friend's party. She happily takes every step without knowing that she's about to lose her happiness.

Y/N arrives at his apartment happily, with his favorite food in her hands. When she stands in front of the door and is about to put the pass lock

Mayuki: Ah~ Issei you're such a tease...

Matsukawa: Mayuki...

Y/N's body stiffens as she hears something that drops her happiness right away. The sound of Matsukawa, and a woman calling his name in such a manner sent daggers straight to her heart.

Y/N's hand that about to press the password of his lock falls down to her side. She looks at the food in her hand and decided to leave it in front of the door.

Without pressing the bell, or telling the people inside that she is here, Y/N turns around and leaves. Walking straight into the bus stop and gets into the bus.

She looks out at the window, Watters drizzling from the sky as it started to rain. Her mind is blank, her eyes are hollow, her heart? Both. Then Y/N sees a chat from her friend.

Sender: Ino
Recipient: Y/N

Y/N! What is the date of your graduation? Oh my, we should meet, I know you'll pass easily.

Suddenly Y/N doesn't feel like going home. She gets off at the next stop, where it was the closest to Ino's house. She walks under the rain, not caring about how her body starts to get wet.

The rain falling hard by now...

Y/N's drenched...

Her face is...

By the rain...

And her hidden tears...

■Matsukawa's POV■

Mayuki has just finished dressing. Her family runs a restaurant and she got a call that they need her to help at the shop.

Miyuki: I wish to stay longer with you Issei...
