■3rd Person's POV■

It's been two days since Y/N and Matsukawa met. Thanks to the weekends, Y/N could calm herself down and don't need to see Matsukawa on the train.

Yesterday she met Ino and Makoto and the two were surprised.

~Flashback

BAANG!

Ino: How dare he reaches out to you and says all of that....

Ino slams her hand on the table, almost crushing the bag of chips but Makoto manages to moves it away.

Y/N: he has been protecting me on the train...

Ino: but he hurt you so bad.... that asshole Matsitkawa Isdead....

Makoto sighs at his girlfriend before turning his eyes to Y/N.

Makoto: well, Y/N... how do you feel?

Ino: what? What kind of question is that? Of course she's mad and she definitely hates him... right?

Y/N flinches when she hears Ino says this. Ino notices this and Makoto seems to understand.

Ino: you've gotta be kidding me... are you getting soft for hi-

Makoto: Ino, don't scold her... not everyone could just blow up their anger like you...

Ino: what did you say???

Makoto: aaaaw awww, abusive relationships alarm... haaalp!

Y/N smiles watching her friends act all silly like that, but then she thinks about Ino's question.

The reason for why she doesn't want to see him back then was because Y/N knew that she'll listen and accept whatever he says.

That's why she decided to avoid him, thinking that her feeling will change after not seeing him, but that's all wrong.

Her heart still wavers for him.

~Ends of Flashback

Y/N walks to the station with a heavy heart. Filled with worries and anticipation. She feels bad for hitting Matsukawa with her bag yesterday.

Y/N: he was helping me and I... hit him... he might not gonna come to me again...

All these days since Matsukawa saved her and protects her on the train, Y/N is less nervous when she's on the train, but now thinking that Matsukawa might not gonna make some space for her again kind of make her nervous and sad.

She gets on the train and stands in the usual spots. She's nervous and can't help but clenching on her skirt.

As the train stops at Matsukawa's station, Y/N became antsy because Matsukawa never walks in front of the door next to her.

She looks down and tries to ease the slight loneliness in her chest.

Y/N: isn't this what I want? And I... hit him yesterday...

She shuts her eyes because she became anxious for not having Matsukawa in front of her on the train but then, a familiar scent hits her nose.

Y/N opens her eyes and looks up to see Matsukawa looking at her. Just like any other day, Matsukawa makes sure Y/N has some space but today he's facing her, not away from her.
