Tok! Tok!

Eunji-Baekhyun, are you done?

Baekhyun-Wait a sec!

Baekhyun shouted from inside the bathroom

Eunji-What takes you so long?

Baekhyun-I don't think I can pull this off

Eunji-Don't talk nonsense and come out fast

Click!

Baekhyun finally stepped out, wearing his full suits. Eunji's jaw dropped. She could not take his eyes off him

Baekhyun-How do I look?
Eunji-You look so.. Gorgeous!

Eunji showered Baekhyun with kisses all over his face. He lost balance and they fell onto Eunji's bed, giggling

Baekhyun-God, you are aggressive. What if the shirt ripped off?
Eunji-Aw, I thought you love it whenever I'm rough

Eunji arched her eyebrow, teasing Baekhyun in a naughty manner. Baekhyun cleared his throat

Baekhyun-Hmm, I'm thirsty. Can I get something from your fridge?
Eunji-Hmm, sure. Make yourself at home

Baekhyun nodded. He picked himself up and walked out of the door. Baekhyun rolled up into Eunji's kitchen. He took a glass from the rack and poured himself plain water

Once he finished, he washed the glass and kept it back. When Baekhyun was going back to Eunji's room, he bumped into another girl he had never seen before

He supposed it was Eunji's sister; since she always mentioned she was living with her

Baekhyun-Oh, hello

Baekhyun greeted Eunji's sister, just being casual

Eunbin-Who are you?
Baekhyun-I'm Eunji's friend. I come to...
Eunbin-Ah, okay

Eunbin strolled off to her own room and closed the door loudly. Baekhyun rubbed his nape

Eunji-Did you lose your way inside my house?

Eunji teased Baekhyun when he walked into her bedroom. He chuckled, shaking his head

Eunji-Are you going home?

Eunji asked when Baekhyun changed back into his sweatshirt

Baekhyun-Yeah
Eunji-I thought you are going to stay over
Baekhyun-No I'm not. I think your sister are not comfortable to have me around
Eunji-Ugh, don't mind her. Just stay, please...

Eunji hugged Baekhyun. She played with her voice, making it sounded persuasive

Baekhyun-Next time, okay?
Eunji-Fine

Eunji pouted

Baekhyun-I will see you tomorrow at the wedding
Eunji-Okay

They kissed and Baekhyun left

Finally it was the wedding day. Baekhyun finished his work earlier to spare his night time to attend Eunbin's wedding. He promised Eunji he would come

Baekhyun stood in front of mirror and looked at his own reflection. He put a lot of effort doing his hair because Eunji said she wanted him to look neat and attractive

Baekhyun-Done. I think this look okay

Baekhyun smiled, confident with his look

Baekhyun-Let's go

Security-Invitation card please

Baekhyun showed his invitation card to the security before they let him to go in. He took a seat at an empty table. Other guests began to fill up the seats, but he could not find Eunji anywhere

To. Eunji-sshi
I'm here. Where are you?

Baekhyun-Fuh...

Baekhyun heaved a nervous sigh. It felt so awkward to be alone without Eunji, especially when he didn't know any of the guests

"Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to call upon the bridegroom into the hall"

The bridegroom walked down the aisle confidently. He stopped at the altar, waiting for his bride to come

"Now, the bride will enter the hall"

The grand door gaped open. Everyone's attention was drawn towards the bride who dressed beautifully in her lacy gown. But something wasn't right with the bride. She was not smiling

Baekhyun glanced over his shoulder at the bride too. Suddenly he felt his heart dropped to his feet. The one who was walking down the aisle wasn't Eunbin, but Eunji

How come...

Baekhyun-Eunji

She stopped. Eunji looked to her side and saw Baekhyun. She saw all the shock, disappointment, and pain on Baekhyun's face. Her eyes were wet from her own tears

"Bride, please come up to the altar. Bride?"

Eunji continued walking down the aisle towards the bridegroom

Baekhyun slumped onto his chair. Sad, confused, hurt, all feelings just mixed to become one. He was inside his own world, trying to digest what he just saw, what he just heard, and why?

"Now I pronounce you, husband and wife. You may kiss the the bride"

Baekhyun watched how the bridegroom leant closer into Eunji and kissed her lips. Once again he felt like his heart being torn into pieces

Baekhyun got up from his chair and walked out of the hall

Baekhyun's steps were weak as he paced down the road. He looked up to the night sky when he felt small droplets of water on his nose tip. Not long after that, it began to rain

Baekhyun stopped for a moment. He crouched down and hid his face in between his legs. He sobbed silently before it broke into a painful cry

Baekhyun-Argh!!!!!!

He wailed

The cruelest part of all this was he did not know why Eunji had to break him so viciously? What did he ever do wrong?

But all Baekhyun knew was, he wouldn't get the answer any time soon

I think this is my first time making a story from male perspective. I would love to try pouring a lot of emotions into this book. So we can see than male and female actually have the same feelings when it comes to Love
