Today is (Y/N)'s 12th birthday. Natasha and Wanda were invited to the party. Loki ran to Target while they distracted her with anime shows.

He needed a small wooden table, pillows, fancy plates, a tablecloth, napkins, faux flowers, utensils, candles and glass cups. Loki felt bad for not being able to take (Y/N) to Paris due to a last-minute Avengers mission tomorrow. As he scanned the items at checkout, he hoped she would like the surprise.

Target employees helped him load the bags into his SUV's trunk. He gave them a wave and texted Natasha.

"Alright (Y/N)

"Alright (Y/N). We're picking up food for your party! Come with us," said Wanda.

Food List:

• Soup
Chick-Fil-A Nugget Tray
• Macaroni & Cheese
• Cake Pops
• Blueberry Scones
• Blueberry Muffins
• Vanilla Macarons

Loki drove to a nearby park. He set the picnic near a lake. With the finishing touch, he put the flowers onto the table. "Beautiful!" he said. Later, the girls arrived. Natasha and Wanda brought the food over. (Y/N) gasped. Loki did a little shrug. "I know it's not Paris, but I hope you like it." Without hesitation, she ran over to Loki and hugged him tightly. "Aww thank you so much Dad!! This picnic is amazing. I can't believe you would do this for me! I love the set up. It's really creative!" Loki shed a tear. "You're welcome, princess." He pulled a tiara out of his pocket and put it on top of her head.

The park was quiet during this wonderful afternoon. It was 75 degrees. Wanda scooped nuggets onto her plate and got her grub on. "I'll play some music," Natasha said. She turned on her aesthetic music playlist.

After they ate lunch, everyone played volleyball until it was time for cake. Loki opened the box. Inside, there was a pink-drip cake, topped with raspberry filled macarons. The girls squealed at the cake's beauty. Loki cracked up and handed (Y/N) a butter knife. "The birthday girl should always get the first piece."
