Y/n got home but didn't go to Jacob's house or even glance his way. That was until she heard something coming from her window. The sound of rocks was banging against the glass so she decided to look outside. That was when her bright blue orbs met his hazel one's glistening in the sun.

"What do you want," y/n said. He was mad she interrupted him while reading. She read because she didn't spend much time on her phone, unlike other girls.

"Our project," he smirked knowing she was dreading it. "Come over,"

She glanced at the time on her analog clock, she didn't use digital like everyone else. "Fine. Give me 5 minutes,"

He closed his window while y/n closed hers. She quickly changed out of her silk pajamas and slipped on an oversize tee, bike shorts, and threw her hair into a messy bun. She didn't even bother with makeup since she never wore it anyway.

She quickly told her parents where she was going before picking up her books and walking out the door.

Before she could even knock on Jacob's door, he opened it with a grin, towering over her small body. She looked up at him with disgust and pushed his large frame aside to walk in.

She'd been to his house many times when they were little. They used to get along and play around all day but she hasn't been back since they started high school.
