I smile as a tear rolls down my cheek. My baby has just been born. "Congratulations! You have given birth to a beautiful baby girl!" the doctor says.

She hands me my child, wrapped up in a blanket, I kiss her forehead. "Hi sweetheart. I'm your mommy."

"Hey Dawson?"

"Yeah, beautiful?"

"I think I know a name for her."

"What?"

"Autumn Grace."

"Autumn Grace McCrary is perfect."

"Do you want to hold her?"

"Sure." I hand Autumn over to Dawson. He cradles her in his arms like she's a precious jewel. I see her open her eyes, looking straight at Dawson. "Here."

He hands her back to me, her eyes focused on me, her hand moves up and strokes my cheek.

After a few days, we get to take her home. I buckle her in her car seat, sitting next to her. "You know, she's beautiful, just like you."

"No, just like you."

"Don't argue with me." He chuckles.

Once we're home, I pick her car seat up, containing Autumn in it. We walk in, sitting the car seat on the floor. We take off our shoes and I carefully bring Autumn out.

A/N: I really don't want to write it where she's breastfed because...you know...I really don't know anything about that so...

"She's probably really hungry. Here, I'll make her a bottle," he says as he walks away. He grabs a bottle and the nipple out of the rack and fills it with formula and water, closing the lid, and putting it in the microwave for 15 seconds.

I'm holding Autumn in my arms, her beautiful brown eyes staring into mine. He comes back in, handing me the bottle. I test it out on my hand, it being the perfect temperature.

I gently push it into her mouth, her mouth accepting, and she starts sucking. I lay back against the couch, saying, "Hey Dawson? Get her a blanket please."

He comes back in, a fuzzy little blanket in his arms. "Here you go." I wrap the blanket around her, swaddling her.

A/N: Oh, by the way, I actually do know baby routines because my cousin used to live at my house and she had a baby...I miss them so much :( ;-;

Its like 7:00 pm right now, as Autumn falls asleep, finished with her bottle. She let's out a gentle snore. I stand up, very careful not to wake her, Dawson follows shortly behind.

We walk up to her bedroom, not turning on the light, I whisper, "Turn on the nightlight."

He turns on the nightlight. Now I can see. We already have the mattress and the bumper pads put in. I pull the blanket off from the side of the crib, laying Autumn down, kissing her goodnight, and covering her with the blanket. "Goodnight, sweetie." Dawson turns on the baby monitor, since he is closest.

I take Dawson's hand in mine, quietly shutting the door. Still holding his hand, I use my other hand to hold his wrist. He looks down at my hands, in a loving way, not a bad way.

We walk back out to the living room and turn on the TV. I cuddle up to him. We're watching Beyond Scared Straight, which, somehow, is my favorite show.

A/N: Bailey, I'm seriously really pissed right now. Because of her. Eww.. irwinemo & IM GETTING REALLY TIRED OF THIS THING ERASING THEN I GET OUT OF IT AND ITS BACK UGHH

Its now around 10:00 and I'm really tired so I say, "Can we go to sleep now? I'm really tired."

"Yeah, baby. I'm a little tired too. Come on." I grab the baby monitor and hold Dawson's hand.

We're now in our bedroom, Dawson's grabbing some clothes for me. He lays them out on the bed, a white tank top and short shorts. I take off my clothes that I have on, changing into the clothes he put out.

Dawson is just taking his pants and shirt off, not bothering to get into any clothes. We lay down, cuddling. I fall asleep almost immediately.

~the middle of the night~

I hear Autumn crying, so I get out of bed, careful not to wake Dawson up. I open the door to Autumn's room. I pick her up, saying "Autumn, its okay, sweetie. Its okay."

I'm bouncing her on my side, trying to calm her down. I bring her out into the kitchen with me to get a bottle. I try to be as quiet as possible, but not succeeding.

We go back into her room, change her diaper, then feed her. She falls asleep three-fourths of the way finished with her bottle. I gently lay her down in her crib, covering her back up. I walk out, shutting the door behind me.

I climb back in bed and I feel Dawson move. "Why are you awake?" I ask.

"Because I heard her crying. I didn't feel your presence so I thought you were with her, which you were."

"Oh. Go back to sleep, darling. I've got this." I kiss his cheek, rolling over, Dawson's arms going around me.

~the next morning~

I wake up, Dawson isn't there. Ugh. I hate when he does that. Its 10:45 am. I get up, walking into Autumn's room, Dawson standing there holding her.

"Mornin' sunshine."

"Mhmm.. Good morning."

He looks so fucking perfect right now, holding Autumn with no shirt on. "She was crying so I got out of bed and changed her diaper and gave her a bottle."

"Thank you. Thank you for not waking me up."

"No problem. Here, you want her?"

"Sure." He hands her to me, her warmth just like Dawson's.

I get some clothes out for her, an adorable dress with leggings. I take her PJs off and slide her clothes on. Still holding her, I grab her bouncer and walk to the living room, Dawson following shortly behind. I turn on the TV to The Fairly OddParents, a show I used to love.
